Easy to order, though sometimes the part numbers don’t pull up the correct part in the search. Generally I am on a phone so maybe it’s only on that platform. Otherwise I find it easy, helpful that there is a check for whether it fits my cars. Shipping great!

I purchased two identical electronic parts. One was in a re-taped box with dark oil stains and didn't have the original internal packaging. The part lacked the protective clear oil coating of the unused one. They told me they test electronic items before reselling them. I doubt the manufacturer would vouch for this practice. I bought from them for more than a decade, but between this and the new round-and-round AI answering system I won't buy from them again.

They listed item with Porsche logo label for 1lt $62 then shipping to customers Volkswagen labeled product and their excuse is they don’t control how it labels. Why didn’t you listed items as is with Volkswagen logo first hand ? Misleading scammer! After all making me prep return drop shipment to location for their scammy mistake

I have been using FCP EURO for years. I have been able to keep my 2015 GLK on the road without having to go to the dealer. All parts that I have purchased over the years have been perfect and delivered when promised. I feel that they are an outstanding company.

I order parts online and I’ve been sent the wrong parts 6 times it’s a hassle to return parts because you have to ship repack get authorization numbers one part I ordered a new radiator. They sent me a radiator for a manual stick shift. I needed the automatic then I find out on their site that it’s not eligible to return even though it’s brand new I still have the box that it came in. I’m so done with FCP Euro. I’ll be shopping at Bimmer World.

I had been really a loyal FCP Euro customer for over 8 years and spent more than 10,000 dollars with the company because I believed in their advertised lifetime replacement guarantee. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me feeling misled. When I needed to replace a part I originally purchased for around 300 dollars, I was told I first had to buy the current version for approximately600 dollars before I could make a warranty claim. After returning the old part, I wasn’t refunded my purchase price, instead I was only offered store credit based on the current policy. In my opinion, this is not what most customers expect when they hear ‘lifetime warranty’. The process requires spending significantly more money upfront, and the reimbursement is limited to store credit rather than a refund. That distinction should be made much clearer in their marketing. I supported this company for years because I trusted its warranty program. After this experience, I no longer feel the lifetime guarantee matches the impression their advertising creates, and I think other consumers should understand exactly how the policy works before making a purchase.”

I try to do as many repairs as I can, but I'm no mechanic. Because of this, I really appreciate FCP Euro's kits. Instead of me having to separately put together all the various parts for a repair, I'm able to buy a kit from FCP Euro that contains everything I need.

I can generally get parts cheaper elsewhere, but the quality is suspect. I'm fine paying a little more and knowing I'm getting a high quality part that will work right the first time, and last a long time.

And while I've never had to use it, the lifetime warranty gives me even more confidence in the quality of their parts.
