Great service and cover but the access…
Great service and cover but the access and retrieval of policy with multiple PIN’s makes it too complicated. I found it easier to log in with two step authentication than follow the prompts. Especially as FBD are going paperless. They don’t link your account or policy to the renewal emails that arrive six weeks before expiry. It took me two hours to navigate a back door yk just renew a policy. Then you’re sent further links and new PIN’s to retrieve the policy and receipts. It could be simplified. If you included the policy number it could just be copy pasted in.
