After trying to "run off" a hamstring injury I got while running, I decided to do the sensible thing and visit Fay Pedler Physio (I've used them before and they've always been great).

My physio Jo assessed the injury thoroughly, concluding that it was quite a serious ruptured hamstring. She gave me some gentle exercises at home and we ran through how to do them. I also had some ultrasound as the area was quite stiff and inflamed. Of course, no running for 4 weeks as well.

After a further 2 sessions and some newer progressively more taxing exercises and stretches, I am now back running in, slower, shorter "rehab" mode.

The level of care and knowledge was excellent as well as the result. I would 100% recommend them.

Excellent care from Ricky - he sorted out my back pain in just one session. Whole experience was excellent, from the easy online booking process to the helpful receptionist. Definitely recommended.

First class support given as soon as I needed it...no long wait..very helpful staff..the physio I saw was not only knowledgeable, but very approachable and kind.....she took time to hear what I needed to tell her and made very useful suggestions to alleviate and clear my problem..... I thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone who is in pain and needs to be helped. If I have any other future worries I will not hesitate to go back.

On my first appointment I walked into the clinic in awful pain with my neck, shoulder and pins and needles sensation in my fingers, after a few sessions with Catherine, my symptoms started to ease, Catherine was able to professionally assess, treat and explain my injuries to me, also give me a exercise program to follow so i understood what i had to do to recover, couldn't praise her enough.

I only have good things to say about my experience with Fay Pedler Physiotherapy. To begin with, the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person.
I was presenting some confusing symptoms and was sent to the clinic on my GP's recommendation. Not only was Duncan able to sort out the physical issue pretty quickly, he also looked at the bigger picture which really helped my recovery.
A genuine, caring and friendly approach was what I received and that has been echoed by friends who have also used their services - I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Katherine has really helped me with my condition and comes across as a lovely, friendly Reassuring individual.
