Lovely staff with over & above care
Love the tops, shorts and jumpsuit. Both members of staff went over and above to help with choosing products and the return of two items purchased online on another occasion

The jacket is lovely and great quality. The gentleman assistant in the shop was friendly and polite. The shop is well laid out and has a good atmosphere.

Friendly staff
Staff in the Perth shop are always so friendly and helpful. It makes it one on my favourite shop to go in, even just for a browse as there’s never any pushy assistants hovering. They ask if you need any help and then leave you be.

Excellent stream lined from ordering to delivery. I had to return a item to the shop again smooth transaction with email confirmation cash credited to account that day.
When returning item ended up buying more as able to try on. Very happy with service and love items all environmentally friendly.

Excellent product and delightful staff
I regularly shop at FatFace St. Andrews, Perth and Glasgow. I have to say am delighted with the style, range and quality of their products. The staff are always really friendly and helpful, especially the staff at Perth Fatface - Liam and Fiona are simply delightful - very welcoming and really know their product.
