Ordered online click and collect. Only problem encountered was the local store (Yarm) closed a while back so had to travel a bit further.

The usual friendly, yet wholly professional service that we have come to expect from FatFace.
Only disappointing point is that the company appear to have changed their sizing for mens chinos.

Great products, good customer service and friendly staff.
I ordered a hoodie on line for a gift. The website was simple to use and customer service clear and prompt. The hoodie is an unusual design, which is why I chose it, and is beautifully soft and looks good quality. As always, the staff at Northallerton go out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Very happy with the dress and blouse I ordered via click.and collect, good fit, vibrant colours. However, I was just handed the bag and, when I stated I would like to try on the items, no assistance was offered - I contrast this to my experience at Cotton Traders where the Assistant opened the bags, put each item on a hanger, accompanied me to a changing cubicle, hung up the clothes, and then, after I had tried things on, packed everything for me, which I class as excellent customer service.
