I placed an order 8 days ago and I rang the local store where I had ordered them to. I didn’t receive any email to inform me my order had been there for 5 days!
Very poor service to not receive an email to inform you your order is ready for collection!

Very quick delivery nice quality items , however it is sad you don’t keep a wider range of men’s clothes in your shops, as I prefer to see items before I buy them.

Sale shop
Bought some sale stuff a T shirt for me, shark top and shorts for my grandson. All good quality. Used click and collect. Communication was good. Shop staff friendly and efficient.

Mother’s Day Gift
With Mother’s Day, fast approaching I visited the Newcastle store after viewing the Kaia knitted mule slippers in Ivory on the FatFace website. Sarah the Sales Associate who I had the pleasure of meeting couldn’t have been more helpful. The appropriate size 5, I needed wasn’t on the floor, so kindly Sarah stated she would check stock levels, along with the offer of ordering if needed. When making my payment I expressed that I would like a gift receipt, what with the item being for Mother’s Day. Sarah then gave quirky ideas to complement my gift of choice. 5star service!!!

Items I ordered arrived at the chosen pick up point a day later. Really quick service staff were really efficient and friendly. Fantastic service from start to finish. Clothes well made & nice material and true to my size. Pleased with my purchases.

I love Fatface Newcastle Upon Tyne
I love my local Newcastle Upon Tyne. The staff are always chatty. If the item is not in stock they will order it for you .
Picking up an Internet order was a quick easy transaction.
I have been shopping with you since you opened in the 80's and still love your clothes and accessories.

Looks great, fits perfectly.
Local Fat Face did not have this shirt in to try for size, as I have long gangly arms. Staff in store super helpful tho, checked dimensions on ‘tall’ fit which I ordered online. It fits perfectly and looks great. Well chuffed!
