Tried on the Elsie wide leg jeans in shop the perfect fit so ordered in another colour ( 5.5ft and regular length just right with trainers really hope won’t shrink in wash ) so comfy to wear . Ordered... Vis mer

Fat Face’s No PayPal returns in store
I bought a dress using secure PayPal, it didn’t suit my shape so when I returned it to store, I wasn’t expecting to be told they don’t take PayPal back and I would have to return by post. I was going away so had the inconvenience of find a post office in the area we were in to send it back. I only bought online because they don’t have the bigger sizes in store. Very annoying!!!!

I do apologise you had difficulty in returning your Delphine Dress to us. It is with regret that any purchases made online with PayPal do have to be returned to our warehouse for a refund. I can see that my colleague did respond to your email regarding returning the dress, offering the option either via a Post Office or for collection from your address. Please be assured once the dress arrives back with us, we will process that refund for you.

Staff are always very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Took the trouble to go and check the stock room and to my delight came back with the size I was looking for 😊

I went Christmas shopping at FatFace…
I went Christmas shopping at FatFace Eastbourne and was assisted by a girl called Rachel. I really didn’t know what to purchase but Rachel was so helpful with ideas. It was lovely to go to a shop where the member of staff knew about what they were selling, sizing, product details etc. Rachel even checked the stockroom for a product. Nothing was too much trouble

Excellence in Eastbourne
I visit this store infrequently but have had some very good value for money items from here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. On my last visit I tried some chinos that I really liked but they didn't have my leg length so I had to order on line. I prefer to shop in shops but in this instance I used the mail order option. The chinos didn't take long to arrive and are a great fit. Well done FatFace.
