For two days I have tried to collect my order from the Basingstoke branch and each time the shutters have been closed and and note Sellotape to to the door saying there's a problem with the shutter we'll be back shortly. I think this is appalling.

I placed the order and was kept informed, I went to the store to collect the item the assistant was pleasant and polite.
