Fast Skips Anmeldelser

Dear All
I totally recommend this company from booking to the delivery was so easy.

The Driver was a lovely man early in the morning delivery and still a smile on his face.
And on top of all that the prices are the best I could find.
Brilliant thank you all
Alan

Very friendly on the phone and very helpful.
I recommend them for ease of use and very good prices.

The skip was left here to long it was not made clear that you had to book the collection . Was under the impression it was going to be cancelled after a week .

arrived on time.driver was polite and very professional. would definitely use again

First class service and skips are great and loads added

Staff polite and easy to deal with skip delivered on time and picked up within the time I asked

Easy to order, arrived promptly. Will definitely use again.

Helpful telephone staff. Great service, on time, good communication from driver, quick ability to change requirements.

They brought the skip but it was facing the wrong way! It was so hard to put things inside because the opening side is a bit far, when we told the driver to collect the mistake while he was still there, instead he started shouting on us!
Immediately raised concerns by calling the number on the skip, in less than 2 hours, they sent a new driver who resolved the issue. Now we can easily proceed easily.
Thank you for a great customer service.

Followed instructions on where to locate skip

Excellent service

Fast service and managed to fit the skip in a tight space without any issues. They ran out of out medium skips so offered a large for the same price, very professional.

Excellent service! Dropped off quickly and professionally.
Great company would highly recommend and use again

Good and fast service happy for this skip service

The skip was delivered exactly as planned and left on my drive leaving plenty of room for my car to get on and off.
I was not done with it in 7 days so I called them for a week extension, which they granted with no problem.
The fact that you can pay with klarna helps with the cost.

Skip ordered for Friday phone call to say that they could not deliver until Monday, skip did not arrive on the Monday. Called contact centre you said they were an overflow line and would get someone to call me back. No phone call recieved. Skip eventually arrived Tuesday afternoon with an apology for being a few hours late. When told it should have arrived the day before driver states we weren't on the list for Monday. Delivery driver was apologetic and nice he would have got 5 stars

Fast Skips Over Promised & Under Delivered.

This company has a weeks notice to deliver my skip. I deliberately set it to be delivered the day before I cleared out garage.

At 12:41 on the expected date of delivery, I contacted them for a timescale update - I was told somebody would call me back - but they never did.

Fast forward to 17:00. the office is closed, I have no skip, I received no call back and zero correspondence. I am LIVID! I have been planning this for weeks and coordinated with other people to help me with my clear out - and now I have to cancel everything.

**UPDATE**
I began calling Fast skips at 7am because their opening hours on Google indicate this is when they’re open from - that’s a damn lie!

Got through to an advisor who was ill trained in conflict resolution and LISTENING skills! Spoke to the manager who agreed to issue a refund.

Literally 2 minutes later, the skip arrives 🙄 so I had to call the manager again.

This company is disorganised, chaotic and they don’t communicate with each other. If you want a professional seamless service, Fast Skips do the exact opposite!

Highly recommend had it delivered on the Thursday was collected on the Monday not bad price either

Competitive Price and on time delivery with a helpfully driver who placed the skip exactly where I wanted it, to make it easy to fill.
