To protect patient privacy and ensure you have full control over your data, our standard procedure is to enable patients to request and download their medical files directly from the patient portal, rather than us sending them to third-party family doctors.
If you need your diagnosis letter immediately for your doctor, you can access it right now by following these steps:
1. Log on to your portal.
2. Go to "Consultation."
3. Click the "+" on the upper right corner to initiate a new consultation message.
4. Click on "Non-Clinical Support."
5. Click on "Medical Records and Forms" and select the type of document you need.
Alternatively, our support team would be more than happy to prepare the document and email it to you directly to ensure you have what you need.
Regarding the membership charge, we apologize if this was unclear. We strive to be transparent about our pricing, and the costs for both the initial full payment and the subsequent treatment plan are displayed on our website and during the booking process.
We want to make sure you get the records you paid for. Please check your portal or reach out to our support team so we can get that letter to you today.

Not a fan of the high 99$ monthly fee. I think there should be some more monthly fee options. Due to the high cost I would not recommend to a friend at this point. If the fee structure changes then that would change my mind.

I can’t recommend Fast Treat enough
I can’t recommend Fast Treat enough. Before my diagnosis, I was really struggling to manage day-to-day life. I knew I needed help, but navigating the healthcare system felt impossible every time I took a step forward toward getting a diagnosis, I’d hit another barrier that set me back.
With ADHD, it’s already hard to follow through on things, and the complicated process made it nearly impossible to keep the ball rolling on my own.
Fast Treat changed everything. They made the entire process straightforward and supportive from start to finish, giving me the momentum I needed to actually reach a diagnosis.

Stressful, crappy communication, unclear processes
Stressful, crappy communication, unclear processes, spent the 199 plus surprise 99 charge plus 70 for follow up appointment after 2 weeks; and now I will likely have to find another provider and pay another fee after my next appointment.
Tried to ask proactively for guidance on next steps, NP said ask support, Support said ask NP. Kept sending me words without really explaining. They'd say "request consultation", but there was no button that says that, apparently I'm supposed to know a plus button somewhere is what they meant.
Honestly not sure why I got a notification to provide a review, I've just gotten off a call with them after about 10 emails back and forth to clarify what I was meant to do to get my treatment continued and medication refilled.
Probably wouldn't recommend, support is pretty fast, but not very helpful and I don't think they're actually reading to understand.

Booked the initial consultation . Physician never logged in until 2 min befor session expired. No diagnosis or prescrip given. Tried to reach out to cusromer service and got ignored. Asked for a refund and got ignored. Come to find out today they have been charging me 99 dollars a month for nothing.. 9 monthe and 900 dollars stolen. In the process of reporting to visa, vancouver and ontario fraud investigators.. do not sign up

I hadn't remembered that my person had cautioned me to look in my Junk mail, and felt let down when I didn't think they'd followed up, but it was right there. I was met with kindness and patience when I was the one who'd caused the problem. This speaks volumes to me when looking for support.

Make the appointment, worth it.
I filled out the questionnaire, got an appointment for the next day. Got on a video call with the doctor,I went through some questions with her. Prescription sent to my pharmacy. That kinda fast, just an awesome experience.

Great if you're looking to get diagnosed
They offer a great service in that it's affordable to actually get diagnosed. My local area has no public services to diagnose adult adhd so you have to go through private services that charge 1600+ for NP and 2200+ for MD.

I’ve suspected I've had ADHD for at least 15 years, but I was always very hesitant about medication and honestly avoided the process altogether. On top of that, I don’t have a GP here in Vancouver, which made getting any kind of assessment feel a bit out of reach.
Fastreat made the entire experience easy and approachable. There was no pressure, no judgment, and everything was clearly explained so I could make informed decisions at my own pace. The process felt thoughtful and respectful not rushed or transactional. Great service.
Even as someone who was firmly “anti-meds” for years, I felt heard and supported the whole way through. If you’ve been on the fence for a long time or feel stuck because you don’t have a family doctor, I can’t recommend Fastreat.com enough. Had a good overall experience
The company is organized and responsive. They do their best to keep you informed on ADHD and some techniques for focussing and calming your thoughts. It's accessible to everyone easily. I tried 2 different drugs and didn't feel the effects I was hoping for. Cancelling was really easy. I was glad to be able to just give it a try and see if made a difference to me. That information was important.

Supportive and Accessible ADHD Care
I had a genuinely positive experience with FasTreat. The assessment process felt professional and validating, and the clinician took the time to really listen and explain her impressions clearly.
What stood out most was how accessible and efficient the process was compared to the traditional ADHD diagnostic route in Ontario, which can be long and difficult to navigate. Getting clarity earlier on was incredibly helpful.
While medication was not pursued at this stage due to appropriate clinical caution, this was communicated thoughtfully and with patient safety in mind. The discussion itself prompted meaningful self-reflection and positive changes on my end, which I appreciated.
I was also impressed by the follow-up and how genuinely open the team was to patient feedback. It was clear they care about improving their services and supporting patients beyond just appointments.
Overall, I felt heard, respected, and supported, and I would absolutely consider reconnecting with FasTreat in the future.
