It was an interesting experience
It was an interesting experience, with a specialist at least. It seemed like they did their homework regarding my medical history, etc. One of the worst aspects of seeing a new doctor or a counsellor in general is the feeling you have to regurgitate all of the history. During the assessment, we did talk about the past, but because they take a lot down a lot of your information during the sign process, that was non issue.

Website like this should be written up…
Website like this should be written up they rob people of their time (our most valuable resource) with false advertising. The google listing at top of page said FREE assesment spent, did the quiz they took my email tried to get me to book an appointment with a cancelation fee with 48 hours. Then I had to pay to go further. This is blatant false advertising it is not free I would not have wasted my time to get nothing back if I knew it wasn't free.

However, a comprehensive medical diagnosis and treatment plan require a consultation with a licensed medical professional, which is a paid service. We strive to make this distinction clear on our website, but we are sorry if this was not your experience.
We never want you to feel that your time was wasted.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service, but...
It's an expensive way to get diagnosed, but very slick and very helpful. The charges are not flagged from the start so do you need to be aware of costs.
I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD, but if I had been, I think Fastreat would enable private prescription. I had some problems with continuing subscription when it was no longer needed. Their customer service dealt with this courteously and swiftly, but they charged me again the next month, so I had them cancel again. It doesn't feel quite right, but nice people and no harm done.

Beware of hidden costs & poor service
1stly after booking & paying for my initial assessment I noticed an extra "membership" charge of £99 taken from my bank without consent nor knowledge. They automatically bill you £99 per month for nothing even though you do not consent nor agree to this.
Then when I booked AND PAID for my medical appointment the practitioner Jaqueline just didn't turn up to the paid appointment. I waited 25 min & then the appointment was cancelled from her side. No message, no reason, nothing. She just couldn't be bothered to turn up & now I am fighting for refunds.
Their service is uphauling & all they want is your "membership" subscription. Avoid these people

Terrible - avoid. What you save in initial cost they get back within 30 days
Terrible - service terrible customer service is just terrible and the prescription service you use make the prices up as they go, one month £40 next £90 - paid almost £200 for 6 weeks Of medication - I understand private costs but everything with this company the costs are borderline comical.
£200 for initial consult, totally fair
- £89 for each appointment
- £99 monthly membership (unclear what for as opening the app causes another fee or charge and nobody can actually tell you what the £99 gets you, bar a login)
- prescriptions by a third party (probably owned by the same shell company) which makes the fee up as they go, one script costs £40, then £58, then £90+
I made the choice to go private thinking the service would be the justification of the cost but this company charges you for anything they can try get away with. Logging in past 5pm? That’ll cost you £30 🤣 honestly I’m in awe, who needs pyramid schemes when we have fastreat

Please be assured that FasTreat is an independent healthcare platform. We do not own the pharmacy, nor do we profit from medication sales. The pharmacy is a separate third-party partner, and their prices are determined by their own supply costs, which can vary.
However, you are absolutely free to choose your own pharmacy.
If you prefer to use a local pharmacy to access different pricing, you are more than welcome to do so. We want you to have the most affordable option available.
Could you please email our UK support team at support@fastreat.co.uk? We would be happy to help you switch your nominated pharmacy immediately so you can pick up your medication at a location and price that works best for you.

I recently completed an ADHD assessment with Fastreat with Dr Maite Soledad Soler Poupin, and it was a really positive experience.
I actually found Fastreat through a Google search. I had never used their service before, so choosing a clinic online felt a bit like a gamble. However, the price for the ADHD assessment was very reasonable compared to many other providers, so I decided to give it a try.
I’m really glad I did. Dr Maite Soledad Soler Poupin was incredibly kind, polite, and understanding during the consultation. She made me feel comfortable talking about my situation and listened carefully without rushing the appointment. I felt that she genuinely cared and was very empathetic about the difficulties I’ve been dealing with.
It was also very clear that she has a lot of experience with ADHD assessments. She is very knowledgeable and was able to recognise many of the symptoms I have been struggling with quite quickly. She explained things clearly and provided helpful advice and guidance that I really appreciated.
Overall, the whole experience made me feel heard and supported, which meant a lot to me. I’m very grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and understanding.
I would definitely recommend Dr Maite Soledad Soler Poupin and Fastreat to anyone who is considering an ADHD assessment. The service was professional, supportive, and the assessment price was very reasonable.

Quick diagnosis
The diagnosis process was relatively quick, though a more empathetic approach would have been appreciated. Treatment was prescribed, with an upfront cost of $300 and a monthly fee of $99 thereafter. My practitioner has been satisfactory overall, but I believe there is room for improvement in responsiveness, particularly given the ongoing monthly fee. Additionally, any treatment adjustments require booking a $70 appointment, which can add to the overall cost. Despite these factors, the experience has been more efficient and ultimately more affordable compared to the traditional diagnostic route.
