Excellent Customer Service
This company has an excellent customer service, bought a scope that had a blemish, this did not affect the operation of the scope just the finish.
I contacted Farm Cottage by email and I received a very swift response giving me options on how to resolve the issue by either a refund, replacement or discount.
I opted for a small refund but in the form of a credit that I used to purchase some accessories, in addition to that they threw in a tin of slugs for me to try out.
How good is that, great service and I will definitely be buying from them again.

Excellent Service
Firstly I have had 3 shipments from this company and they have arrived promptly and in good condition. When I had an issue related to one of the articles I had bought they had the issue thoroughly researched came back with a solution which was acceptable to me - I would definitely order again from them.
