The range of 'country pursuits' greetings cards are brilliant, I've been sending these cards for some time and find they are always well received.

This review is about their customer service. I recently sent a picture of a 'Farm Cottage Brands' card which arrived damaged due to sub-standard packaging, really just to test the reaction, because up to now the service had always been unexceptional. I’ve found that it's only when something goes wrong that really good customer service really makes the difference. I didn't ask for a replacement, just to let them know about the issue... and I blush again as I type this... I was completely forgetting that the card which arrived damaged had been ordered elsewhere.

The good people of Farm Cottage Brands put a replacement order in the post right away, and only after further correspondence when i referred to the single card order, asked whether it might have been ordered elsewhere. I have since 'fessed up, paid for the duplicate. Again they could not have been nicer or more graceful in the face of my mistake.

Good basic system and grace under pressure, that's really excellent customer service in my opinion.

I look forward to many more years of wowing my friends with clever things from Farms Cottage Brands

Great easy to use

It arrived in time. I ordered mod month and received it before I needed it at the end of the month.

Great Product delivered on time

Ordered a glass which I never received. No message left through my letter box from postman, no sign of postman making a delivery to my property on my ring bell and no safe place to put a parcel outside of my property. Company sent a aerial view of my road and said post office had delivered it which was totally wrong as they didn’t deliver it to me and then practically accused me of having the item stating they loose money with theft and why didn’t I tell them there wasn’t a safe place to leave the package! They then informed me that they had asked the police to investigate, I’m sure they have more important things to do than trying to locate a £20+ something glass! Really it’s just laughable and I have never had this experience with any other company in all the years of ordering on line, absurd customer service.

I arranged to visit the premises to make sure I purchased the correct seat/stick.
After a bit of gentle banter regarding the correct seat for my weight I was demonstrated and advised regarding a couple of models, took this perfect gentleman’s advice, purchased & left very happy having received excellent serice

Good communication was maintained when expected delivery date not met. The item was receìved before the revised delivery date. The item has lived up to the advertising and is in regular use.

Needed new ferules for my walking stick. Very reasonable cost, and fast delivery
