Received a very timely response. Was able to flight match clients requested flight schedules and class of service from 3 different departure locations.

When a travel agent makes a request to a FareBuzz representative, they should attempt to assist while in the chat or on the phone- not direct them to the website the TA just stated was not operational. That would be nice and hospitable for TAs that desire to do everything on their own and only call when absolutely needed. Thank you.

Worst company I have used for my clients flights. The customer service people are rude and all don’t understand English. They make up their own rules and regulations on the phone. Silvestor tried to charge us more when the card wouldn’t go through because the client was using CAD funds and not USD. No other rep did this when having issues with the card. They hang up on you. They’ll tell you no one else to speak with but them but hang up call back you’ll get someone else. Great prices but horrible customer service. Out of 15 reps i spoke with only one rep was helpful and listened his name was Melvin.

The fact that KHM Travel Group has a direct line to Farebuzz for booking is incredible. Everyone responded so quickly and they were very helpful. I won't ever use another consolidator now that we have such specialized assistance.

My clients are very satisfied with their flight times and insurance that's offered.

This was my first time booking with Fare Buzz as a TA and I had an issue with the system not taking the birthdates. I called and got a voicemail when looking for assistance.
I did receive assistance from the chat agent who said there was a technical issue with the booking engine. She was able to book the airfare for me under my name so I would not lose my client.

Dhruv was outstanding and the reason we were able to make the booking work. He was respectful, hardworking and available as needed to get this group booking completed.
