It's been almost a year since I received my shirt and hoodie, and I really love them. The print details are just great. Though the shirt and hoodie materials are not expected, I don't mind them. Overall, I'm happy and hope to get more items soon.

Haven’t received my first ever order in a year they emailed and said they resent it twice they both got lost while shipping the same way as the first one did now they won’t respond

They sent damaged product and when we returned it, they never issued a refund. Emailed them a month later asking for my refund and they state the way I paid they can’t get a refund to go through. They are now phishing for either a PayPal account or direct bank account info to send a refund…shady and now we are out almost $100 from this shady company. I will report this everywhere until my son gets his money back!

Horrible computer generated " pattern" on an unbelievably cheap material described as a " bomber" jacket. It doesn't even make a good windbreaker. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Worst CLOTHES I EVER BOUGHT. THEY WONT REFUND MY MONEY AND THEY OFFERED A 15 DOLLAR STORE CREDIT instead .THEYRE SUPPOSED TO HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. THEYRE A TERRIBLE COMPANY .

Customer service is really quick and friendly via email. All my questions were swiftly answered and solved. Reasonable exchanging services

Well what made the experience great is the long list of items that your company sells just keep up have a nice catalog and good items.

Just ordered several shirts, pants, and shorts. Nice selections and easy to order. Also, had good deals and offers.

The website was great and the store had an amazing selection of anime goods! I haven’t received my product yet but am sure I’ll be back.

Der Bestellvorgang von 4 Sportshorts für 150€ und die Lieferung waren unkompliziert und recht schnell mit 2 Wochen. Auch die Bearbeitung unserer Service Anfrage/Reklamation startete zeitnah bei einem Mitarbeiter, dafür gibt es den einen Stern.
Mein Sohn hat sich sehr auf die Hosen gefreut, obwohl der Preis unangemessen hoch ist, haben wir sie bestellt.
Nach der Lieferung konnten gleich Nahtfehler und Materialminderwertigkeit festgestellt werden, das gravierendste jedoch war die Größendiskrepanz! Mein Sohn trägt Kleidergröße L und die hatte ich auch bestellt (Hinweis auf Seite: regular size), allerdings entsprach die Lieferung eher einer Frauengröße S.
Ich schrieb dem Service eine Mail mit diesen Belangen und bekam verschiedene Optionen genannt (für die erneute Zahlung von 30€ zurücksenden und eine neue Größe bekommen oder einen 15€ Gutschein erhalten und die Hosen einfach weiterverkaufen)
Eine Rückgabe oder ein kostenfreier Tausch wurden komplett ausgeschlossen und auf meinen Fehler hingewiesen, meinen Sohn nicht vermessen zu haben.
Ich tat dies dann (entsprach dann einer XXL! nach Fandomaniax Größen) und bat erneut um den kostenlosen Tausch, darauf erhielt ich dann gar keine Antwort mehr.
Ich würde nicht nochmal auf einen Shop reinfallen, der aus China liefert und offensichtlich abzockt.
So bleibt mein Volleyball Sohn mit seinen 4 zu kleinen Shorts zurück, 150€ für nix.

Was quite easy to customise shirts as well as including a size chart made it easy to figure out what sizes were needed. Only downside would be the countless pop ups while trying to shop as well as what’s required for the free items. Also everytime I went from the cart back to the shop to order another shirt it would chance from AUD back to USD which would confuse me. Other than that I had a great shopping experience.

I ordered some shorts and shirts. They quality and design was fine, however at my time of purchase the size chart and measuring picture on the page were incorrect, so I got shorts that can't fit me. I tried working with customer support to get this issue fixed and after more than a week of back and forth with lots of pictures from me, they changed what was listed on the online page to actually be correct and told me it was my fault and refused to exchange them based on their return policy. Be prepared for everything to not fit correctly and underhandedness from the customer service.

They are very enthusiastic about anime. They have very great and unique products.

The site and ordering process was easy to use. The sizing guide on each shirt was extremely helpful for a reference point to find the right fit. Can't wait to receive my order especially the Haikyu shirt after seeing the movie. Such a great selection for all your anime needs.

Although I had trouble signing in, I was still able to check out with a coupon with no problem. Hopefully the product will be as good as hope.

Wrong sizes sent and website doesn't show or say anything of about sizes unless you go digging through their website. I wear an XL but to their website I should order 3XL. Discovered this after receiving my order. Customer service not helpful at all and offered me $10 off for a $107 order to reorder "correct" size. Told me I can return items but I would have to pay for return but that still doesn't guarantee a refund. Horrible website never order from there.

Placed and paid for an order on May 10. Their customer service said it would arrive 21st - 23rd. Received it on the 27th. Since their sizing chart for the average/typical Large is a little different, I asked The Fandomaniax rep for advice. She said to go with the XL, so that's what I did, and she also ensured me that their exchange policy is easy if it's not right. Well, the XL is like a XXL. And they were all Way too big. In order to return them, I would have to pay the shipping ($45 from Hawaii to China) and also pay a $18.75 processing fee. So I lose no matter what. Before I ordered, I emailed their customer service to ask about the sizes, because Onepiece.store and Cospicky shirts were severely undersized. A Large was more like a medium. Definitely a major disappointment, especially after waiting almost 3 weeks for my order.
