Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service is extremely poor and unresponsive. I contacted them immediately after receiving the shoes due to issues, but never received a reply. When I followed up, they claimed they never got my original email. I resent the message with photos, and again was told they never received it.

This went on for about four weeks, and by the time they finally responded properly, they refused to help, saying I was now outside the 30-day return window. Completely unacceptable.

On top of that, the shoes themselves are low quality and not worth the money. Overall, a frustrating experience with both the product and the service. I will not be buying from them again.

DeFlorance is a great shoe, high quality and extremely comfortable. I ordered the incorrect size and contacted customer service through email. I received a response within an hour of my original email and they quickly resolved the issue. They also sent me a discount code. Excellent customer service to say the least. Highly recommend!!

First of all, I did not read the fine print that says you have to pay shipping to return these items. That would have clued me in that shipping was going to be outrageous.
Second, these shoes did not provide any arch support for me at ALL.
I emailed the company and that’s when I learned that I could not return them unless I wanted to pay about $70 to ship them to China. They were very gracious though and offered to send me a larger size and what they described as inserts that would provide more arch support. All of this was sent to me at no cost. They sent a larger shoe size to accommodate the new inserts. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated their efforts. However, the inserts also provided no arch support for me. The shoes are cute, but I was disappointed in the quality of support they offer my feet. I will never buy shoes on line again if there is not free return shipping.

DeFlorance was excellent to work with when I made a mistake and ordered two pairs of the same color. Realizing my mistake, I immediately reached out and they rectified the situation in a timely fashion. They even reached out again to ensure I received the correct order. The shoes themselves are super comfortable too.

These shoes are marketed with claims of "300% certified comfort," "Clinically Designed for Pain Relief,"
"Aligns your spine and improves balance," "Designed to help your feet stay healthy," and "No more sore feet after a long day of standing." I wore them around my house for almost 2 hours and had to take them off because my feet were aching they were so uncomfortable. I started the return process and found out that their other claim of "Money Back Guarantee: you have up to 30 days from the receipt of the product to change your mind and send it back to us," means you can return the shoes but you have to pay for shipping to China which is about $30 from the USA east coast...not worth it for me since it's almost half the cost of the product.

Absolutely terrible do not buy the shoes from this company. They pretend to be an American company with a California address but they are a Chinese company and the only way to return. The shoes is to mail them back to China for US$150. They will not offer you anything except a 15% discount. The shoes are made poorly and they are humongous on the sides of your feet. They are not thin at all. If you have big feet, this may work for you but someone with average size or thin feet these look like clown shoes. The company will not work with you, they do not care to. And they are quite rude about it.

Although I ordered my shoe size (8), they were a bit big so be sure to size down at least half. I emailed to request a return and I was given 2 options. Return or get a 70% discount for the next pair and give away the one i had just received. I went with the discount and it’s worth it. Also, this was by far the fastest & best customer service experience I’ve ever received.

I saw an ad for DeFlorance sneakers on social media and read through the reviews. I decided to try them myself and ordered a pair of orthotic inserts as well! They shipped and arrived within a reasonable time and I'm so glad I ordered them! They are beyond comfortable, are roomy, and they're stylish! I also utilized customer service for inquiries and they responded right away!! I'll definitely order again!!

There is no way that the positive reviews for these shoes are real. I was so excited to get them just to find that they aren't even shipped in a box- they're in a bag. Open them up and they are clearly not leather and look super cheap. Sole does not seem substantial. Tried them on- zero support. I think you'd have more comfortable shoes just wearing flip flops. I am soooo disappointed.

*update* After a couple of weeks of trying to get a hold of the company after not receiving the shoes, they finally responded and did resend them. However, the shoes are cute but are not supportive enough for me, and also are short in the toe yet slide up and down on my heel. Also, the opening of the shoe is very wide and won't tighten enough around my ankle.

I never received the shoes. I’ve tried multiple times to contact this company and they are completely ignoring me. I’m reporting to Better Business Bureau but I doubt anything will come of it. They will just keep scamming people.

Buyer Beware!! I made an impulse by an absolutely regret it. The shoes are terrible, and the return policy sucks! In order to return the shoes for a full refund you have to send them to China and they will only refund you 10% if you choose not to send them back to China.

Do not trust this company, it’s a scam. The shoes are paper thin and made in China- not Italy as they claim. They also charge only 6 dollars for shipping from china to USA but then make you pay 30 or more dollars to return. This is their business model, make cheap products to sell at full price, then make a profit because people won’t want to return because of the cost.

The shoes are very comfortable with lots of room for the toes. This makes walking long distances quiet easy. Their customer service is outstanding. Very responsive and helpful.

the shoe advertised as a supportive shoe with arch support. there is no arch support and there is nothing supportive with it. they are wide, that was not mentioned in the description either. they shipped from china, so do not expect to be able to return. low quality.
i do not recommend and regret spending so much money on these. i had high hopes from the description which they do not hold up to.

Mahnoor was amazing. I accidently ordered the wrong size and it was already in the shipping process. He immediately made some phone calls to get the package retrieved and change out the size for me. I've never experienced such good customer service. I am truly impressed with the care of this individual. Thanks Mahnoor!

Also quality and appearance is very poor And they claim a guarantee if they don’t work out for you. But you have to pay to ship them back to China‼️ They said it would be close to $30 for shipping at my cost. And by the time they agreed to it, they said I was outside return period. Even though they took 6 weeks to arrive.

I bought two pairs of shoes, one for my husband as a gift and one for myself. We are immensely pleased with my purchase. The shoes are light, and do well to alleviate my pain from plantar fasciitis and arthritis. De Florance mistakenly shipped us another shipment. When we sought advice in returning them, the company was very gracious and generous enough to give them to us to enjoy for free. Now I have another pair to help me with my medical conditions. My PT was very impressed with the look of my shoes and I was proud enough to share with her my experience. Highly satisfied customer here!

I ordered shoes that were too small and they were very responsive when i reached out about switching them. They sent me a new pair pretty quickly but there is shipping freight of about $28 to send them back; so they let me keep the prior pair and charged me that cost for the new pair.

I ordered the first version of these shoes as soon as I saw them. I liked the wider toe bed that looked nice, not like platypus feet. I wore the white color ones daily all spring, summer, fall. They fit perfectly and were really comfortable. I ordered the 2.0 version as soon as they were available in the black color. They slipped right on, and I have been wearing the daily all winter. There is no "break-in" time. They fit right from the get go.
