Poor quality goods and Angel costume which had wings and wand in the picture online actually came without both. Won’t be using again and would not recommend.

I ordered the incorrect size, rang them the day after and they answered the phone immediately, cancelled the order & gave me a refund no problems. I reordered the correct size, it arrived very quickly. Good quality fancy dress costume. Brilliant service. Would definitely use again. Thank you

I ordered the kids elf costume on Wednesday. I paid £7.99 for next day delivery..my child needs the costume this morning and now has got to go to school in normal clothes has the costume didn't arrive yesterday. I'm fuming. I've tried to get in contact with the company and received no reply.i will be going to trading standards. Looking at other reviews it looks like this is a common problem .one very unhappy ex costumer and a very sad let down child has well.

It was quick and easy and arrived in the time frame said. Very easy website and the sizes seem generous.

Zero rating bought a Freddie mask for Halloween paid 43 for mask an special delivery for it to arrive in time mask looked nothing like Freddie can only describe it as a burnt looking slough off the goonies sent back tracked delivery still waiting for a refund. Terrible service they keep emailing asking for tracking an reason for return that I have emailed numerous times would stay well clear never recommend to anyone I know

bought some googles from them for a ghostbusters costume came smashed up in a box, no number on there website to sort out problem . wouldn't use the company again

Quick, efficient service. Costume I bought was a morph suit boil monster version. This was amazing guys that you

the first outfit arrived, minus the hat, which I mentioned to them.
They sent out a whole new outfit and said I could keep the other one!

Anyway, outfit is lovey, comfortable. Had to adjust the collar slightly as it was too tight (I was gigging in it on Halloween).
Other than that, loved it, everybody else love the outfit. So I still have both outfits!
Would definitely recommend.

Ordered the plague Dr costume, came in good time. Unfortunately strap Broken on mask so wouldn’t fit properly. The belt that came with it would only just about fit a 6year old!

Item was ordered for Halloween and it didn’t arrive till 1st November, therefore I had no costume for a party I was going to !!
Not impressed !! As it was a Halloween outfit surly not difficult to assume I want it for Halloween is it ??? Should have been posted sooner

I ordered a superman and an Alice in wonderland costume, they arrived very quickly, and are very good quality. Very pleased with the service

I ordered a Halloween costume on October 6th and did not receive it for halloween. I emailed their customer service which told me I'll only receive a refund when the package gets back to them. So basically it's on me to send the package back to them to get my refund when I didn't even get to use it for Halloween. Awful experience... highly recommend never using this website.
