The product i ordered was broken on arrival, the company sorted immediately in a very friendly and happy manner offering an exchange or refund. I ordered an exchange and it arrived the next day. Excellent customer service.

Easy to use website and speedy delivery, products arrived 2days after placing order (UK). Costume looks true to the photo, although I’d say the sizing is quite big. I bought the 6-8 and it’s huge on me.

I had to give it a one star in order to…
I had to give it a one star in order to write a review.I give zero stars. First and foremost deliver took forever and it’s not expedited deliver at all. Secondly I ordered 4 blankets with pillow covers(2) meaning a set of 3 for each order. The blankets that were to be fluffy and cover a twin bed, double and king didn’t. The blankets were smaller than throws and it didn’t include the pillow covers. The rep that’s been messaging with me (Caroline) told me I got what I ordered. I clearly didn’t as none of the blankets fit the beds, no pillow covers and to top it off I received 3 out of 4 blankets. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I paid USD too. I got ripped off big time. They take ur money and tell you, you got what you ordered.

I initially tried to view / buy this book several months ago after seeing the you tube post. Errors on fancydress.com. Eventually persevered and links to book worked. Therefore the book order was clear easy and arrived in a few days as stated in a good protective box.
