Worst ever, a monument of incompetence, zero communication, it's broken

The worst courier company. I have made a couple of orders for around 10 items late November and being of December 2025 until now nothing has been delivered to me once received by Fan courier facility the itema simply disappear. They do not pick the number in their official website or replying back to emails. This is a disaster, just before Christmas I will be left with no Christmas gifts thanks to the worst service of Fan courier.

Nu am avut niciodată probleme cu ei! Aplicația funcționează mereu,la telefon răspund mereu destul de repede,pachetele vin mereu mai devreme decât ar trebui,din partea mea au nota 10+

The absolute worst user experience in this entire world, I have a package out for delivery, and I re-directed the package to another dress, just a 8 minute drive away mind you, without any warning, or anything, I had to call their call center to find out if you re-direct packages, the delivery gets postponed FOR THE NEXT DAY.
WHY isn't there a warning saying so? Why do they still prompt you on the SMS link that the delivery still happens on the day? Just the dumbest thing in the world. Is a UI prompt that expensive for a company owning 70% of the courier market in Romania? Call me up guys I'll do it for free.

Repeatedly the couriers have noted „not deliverable“ or wrong address, when the address was 100% correct and the recipient present and always reachable on the telephone.
They want to rid of there job and drop it for pickup at their office.
No one is reachable or answers to complaints.
The worst courier servive in Romania.

Ordered from Amazon.de (Amazon Germany) for the first ever time, im a long time Amazon.com (US) customer. Fan Courier told Amazon.de that the package was delivered but it never arrived. When I told this to Amazon.de they decided to believe Fan Courier and said I was lying and did recieve the package. After attempting to resolve this issue Amazon.de decided to close all my accounts including the Amazon.com (US) account. I've been trying to resolve this issue via email and phone calls but they just won't believe that the package never came cause FAN Courier said they delivered it. What a horrible comapny, I am banned from Amazon shops because of FAN Courier! I will never order anything ever again that uses FAN Courier. Shame on them. They are scammers.

Worst company ever for years and years. The curiers behave like they are still in pandemic. They never come to your door!

Niste jegoși am avut o comandă de pe Temu la care am lasat să se livreze la adresă însă ei au decis să ridic eu coletul de la sediul lor, cine sunteți voi mă rataților să decideți ce fac eu?
Singura înștiințare pe care am avut-o a fost doar un mesaj care s-a întâmplat sa fie trimis la cateva minute de alt mesaj in legătură cu un colet livrat de pe AliExpress care acesta a venit la adresa, eu crezând ca este vorba de același colet, următorul pas a fost cand am primit pe aplicația temu înștiințare ca pachetul se întoarce înapoi. I-am sunat pe acești ratați de la fan curier s-a deschis o sesizare însă nici in ziua de azi nu m-a sunat nimeni sa imi spună de ce s-au întâmplat lucrurile așa si de ce nu am fost înștiințat de mai multe ori despre acest pachet, ori despre faptul ca se v-a întoarce, ori despre greșeala lor ca nu l-a trimis la adresă, logistică românească fără cap din pricina căruia eu am pierdut 2 cadouri de la Temu plus o oferta care nu am mai gasit-o ulterior !

Fan Courier is by far the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. Once your parcel enters their Bucharest warehouse, it simply disappears into a black hole – mine has been sitting there with no movement for over two weeks.
The tracking is useless, customer service is non-existent: they promise to call or email you back and then vanish like ghosts. Zero communication, zero responsibility.
I honestly don’t understand why Amazon still uses them for Bulgaria. Why Kindle could not be shipped with the option of DHL delivery? Terrible service, terrible company – avoid at all costs.

Compared to other in-land companies in Romania, is by far the most professional one. It may differ from one location to another, but my review is for the one in Iasi. Really-oiled up machine, working around the clock to deliver the stuff. They might not have a smile at 21:00 in the evening but they sure do deliver! Heavy stuff!

This is the worst courier service I have ever used in my life. Used it twice when buying from Amazon. Both shipment trackings ended in Czech Republic. After that - no information. No notification on shipment arrival at local fan courier partner - EKONT. Both companies are trash. Not recommended!

Horrible delivery service, horrendous communication (or Lack of)

Это худшая слежба доставки в Румынии. Наш заказ шел из-за границы долгих 14 дней и когда он попал в руки Фанкурьера он просто решил отправить его обратно. Почему? Причину они не называют. С нами никто не связался, не присылал смс, не звонил и так далее. Просто посылку отправили обратно. НИКОГДА НЕ ПОЛЬЗУЙТЕСЬ УСЛУГАМИ ЭТОЙ КОМПАНИИ

Delivery of anything from anywhere with this company is the PAIN.
Companies, please, stop sending items with this company Romania.
Amazon - you make huge mistake, orders are not delivered for the false reason and went back.
I am loosing on the promotions.

They gave me an estimated time of delivery which was 14:30, but then I was told the package may or may not arrive at 18:30. Then I found out that I would get it the next day. I hope I'll get it tomorrow. I emailed Fancourier and called them, but, of course, no one answered. The delivery man was nice though and responded to my texts.

Worst at it's glory! I'm in awe they're still in business. Not my first interaction with this jokers and every time i'm supposed to receve a shipment, same problems.
