Falconclaw Anmeldelser

Fast delivery!
PTT looks and feels great, will see more after extended use. Easy to connect to phone and radio.

Belt clip fixing - two extra screw holes in frame for rotating it 90 deg could be an option.

Thank you for innovating things.
PTT - 10/10

Very fast shipping, excellent and responsive communication. Even though there were a few minor issues, everything was resolved within a few days to my satisfaction. Overall, a very professional and customer-oriented approach.

I placed 3 orders within a month, and 2 of them had some small issues, but both were handled quickly and fairly. Overall, a very positive experience.

Top service, top product. I'd gladly do it again anytime!

FalconClaw can be described as follows: customerfriendly Professionals that are enthusiastic about their products and love to Share their Knowledge

- very good advice
- fair prices
- super fast shipping

Very satisfied. Package through FedEx arrived the very next day to a destination half-a-Europe away.
Had one minor part of the package missing as it was apparently accidentally switched for another - FC responded immediatedly, very helpful, sent the missing part instantly, arranged for the shipping of my out-of-place part, and I had my package complete, again, the very next day. So that was very good.

What I would like to see as improvement in the future is an option of payment by my local currency - would make buying it a bit easier for me, though that is solvable by Revolut.

All-in-all, I feel very well about this purchase and am glad that we have this business here in the EU.

Excellent quality and solid build.
But what really stands out is the customer service – the support and helpfulness are outstanding.

Excellent Delivery service and product quality. Very responsive customer support

The order process went smoothly. The shipping via FedEx was also problem-free. Unfortunately, one product was missing from the shipment, but the refund was processed promptly.

I find it a bit of a shame that when you order products worth over 8,000 euros and specifically ask if any extras are needed, I would have expected them to highlight options for accessories. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case, so now I have to order again from another supplier to get the “missing accessories.”

Again, perfect
