Outvisit Anmeldelser

Due to my holiday abroad, I was not able to do the obligatory visit of an apartment I was interested in and that would mean I could not apply for it. Andrey was available on very short notice, communicated clearly, did the visit and shared his findings via photo’s, video’s and messages. Top!

As I'm abroad, due to time constraints, I wasn't able to travel to Switzerland to visit the apartment in person. Outvisit made the entire process incredibly easy by conducting the viewing on my behalf and providing a detailed report just a few hours after the visit. The report included clear photos, videos, an honest overview of both the pros and cons of the apartment, and addressed all the questions I had. What reassured me the most was how detailed and professional the inspection was—they paid close attention to even the smallest details, which gave me complete confidence in the information they provided. Thanks to their efficiency, transparency, and high-quality report, I was able to make a well-informed decision without being there in person.

I couldn’t attend the apartment viewing myself because I was living in another country at the time.

After the visit, Outvisit sent me videos and photos very quickly, along with detailed comments and ratings about the brightness of each room, potential drawbacks of the apartment, the surrounding neighborhood... It was even better than I expected and extremely helpful to get a realistic feel for the place, almost as if I had been there myself.

I would highly recommend Outvisit to anyone who can’t attend a viewing in person or wants an objective perspective before making a decision.

Loved the report especially the red flags pointed out by the agent.

Finding a place to rent sight unseen is the ultimate challenge. We’ve all been there, scrolling through listings, wondering if the neighborhood is really safe or if the apartment is as good as the photos. I was in that exact spot while searching for a studio in Geneva. That’s when I tried OurVisit, and honestly, their speed alone was a game changer; they visited the area and had a detailed report back to me in just 3 hours.

What really impressed me was how thorough they were. It wasn't a generic overview; it felt like having a trusted friend on the ground. The agent, Andrey, didn't just send a report, he sent a ~ 5-minute videos walk-through of the block and 12 photos, so I could see the environment. It’s worth mentioning that he zoomed in on tram line numbers, pointed out the pharmacy and shops, and even chatted with locals to ask about safety firsthand.

He answered all my questions (I had a list of more than six!) with specifics: “The tram stop is a 4-minute walk," "The gym 'Let's Go Fitness' is here at this address xx, 13 minutes away," and even noted details like distance to the police station and potential aircraft noise. The report gave me a balanced list of pros and cons, which made it feel honest, not just a sales pitch. Therefore, if you’re stressing about renting a place you can’t visit yourself, I recommend giving OurVisit a look.

This company has been very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. The videos and comments about the apartment were extremely helpful, and Andrey was always very attentive. I’m very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.
