Can not change delivery address or cancel once order has gone through! 😤
Set up account with billing address and delivery address. When you pay on PayPal, default to a different delivery address. There is no way of amending or canceling.

Hi Jeanette, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately we do not have access to customers' paypal accounts in order to make changes. Our distribution centre also has an incredibly quick turnaround time in order to get our products out to people as quickly as possible. We will always try and help with address changes, but it's not always possible if the order has already been packed and sent out.
At checkout your address will be highlighted under shipping. It's worth just giving that a quick glance before confirming to make sure it's correct.

I am still waiting for a replacement …
I am still waiting for a replacement pump, I have since received a mail, 6 days ago saying it would be sent out but nothing yet received.
My order of shampoo etc came within days, so what is the problem here?

Easy to navigate the website, great prices especially three for two, it's the first time I have used the conditioner it has left hair soft and non greasy, very pleased the results.
