I have moderately damaged and coloured hair and very sensitive scalp and I found the shampoo bar too strong for my hair, it gave me horrible dandruff and stripped my hair of colour. Switched to liquid coconut shampoo and it still leaves my hair feeling dry, even though some of the dandruff is gone. Liquid conditioner isn't really good either, needs time to work and honestly doesn't help much. The only reason I somewhat like them is because they're ethical and affordable

Great products, great customer service

I absolutely love the entire Faith in Nature range! My personal favourites are the moisturizing shea & argab shampo and conditioner - I like to switch these up with the stimulating rosemary shampoo and conditioner. I adore lavender range, too! It feels good to know that I'm slathering 99.5% natural products on my skin and hair.

I am very sad to say. I didn't like the shampoo. I feel it was very hash on my hair.
The condioner which I used as advised, leaving on five minutes before rinsing off, was very watery and certainly doesn't do the job.
The products have left my hair very tangly to the point of having to brush it every hour. My hair feels like straw after using this product.
I like the idea of helping the environment but this product is not one I will use again. Buying both shampoo and conditioner from my local farmshop has been an expensive waste of time. I would happily pay £12 for a bottle of shampoo and conditioner if they did the job.

This is definitely a 5 star product. I've bought supposedly high end expensive products for my hair but Rosemary shampoo & conditioner is THE best & natural. My hair is fine & thinning due a variety of concerns but now l've gone totally natural with FIN & what a difference! Soft, healthy once again...amazing!

Products are really good. Had an issue with one order when the delivery came all leaked. No issue with contacting customer services and replaced my item. Enjoy the free Friday deliveries

I am extremely pleased with their shampoo products. The fragrance is beautifully balanced pleasant without being overpowering and the quality is exceptional. After just one use, my hair feels thoroughly cleansed and refreshed. I was so impressed that I decided to purchase the gallon bottles, which are truly worth the investment.

I’ve absolutely wasted my money.

I really wanted to like Faith in Nature, but the products I’ve just bought and tried have been a complete letdown.

The Coconut Face and Body Cream feels like slathering on Sudocrem — thick and chalky — except it somehow absorbs fast and still leaves your skin even drier than before.

The Coconut Body Wash is just as bad; there’s not a trace of coconut scent, only a flat, synthetic smell that’s anything but tropical.

The Argan and Shea Shampoo smells awful and leaves hair feeling like straw — dry, rough, and stripped, even when wet. The matching conditioner is so thin and watery that I needed loads of it just to coat my hair, and it still offered no detangling or softness at all. My hair ended up dull, dry and tangly.

Faith in Nature loves to talk about being kind to the planet, but says very little about how good its products actually are. And for a brand built on “natural” values, using Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate isn’t much of a moral victory — it’s no better than SLS when it comes to harming aquatic life. It feels like the company cares more about marketing eco-credentials than making products that genuinely work.

A company can collect as many Eco-certifications as it likes (the bar for most is low), but the products speak for themselves.

No matter how much prior deep diving and review reading we do, unfortunately, until we buy them, we have no real sense of how these products work. Trial or miniature versions would let customers test before committing to the expense.

Safe to say that I won’t be using Faith In Nature ever again, and I most certainly will never recommend it to anyone.

Disappointed contains Ammonium Lauryl Sulfat. I thought (wrongly so) that being all natural it would have been free from it. But Ammonium Lauryl Sulfat is considered bad for hair, can strip natural oils, leading to dryness, frizz, and damage to hair & scalp leading to itchines. Very disappointed and a waste off money. I've learnt a lesson to not just trust but to read all ingredients infuture. Have stopped.

If I could give zero stars i would.
Tried all the shampoos and conditioners in their range. Overpriced and watered down products that strip my hair. No thanks.
