I signed my daughter up for 20 sessions in December to boost her grades for her GCSEs due to take place this year, it was agreed that she could have maths, English and geography tuition. The sign up was quick and first payment taken. The first session went ahead and then it all went down hill from there.

She has had continuous cancellations of sessions often with no warning and I am having to contact the admin team to see what’s happened. Excuses have ranged from moving house issues with WiFi lap tops broken family bereavement, whilst I appreciate that circumstances arise the frequency is unacceptable, we were advised to change tutor as this tutor was highly rated and never cancelled the first session went ahead then the second she did not show up for, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and following week she cancelled the 2 upcoming sessions on the day.

To this date my daughter has only received maths tutoring, although I have repeatedly asked for geography sessions to be booked from the first week of signing up.

After failing to provide me with a consistent, professional service and the lack of providing not one geography session I decided that fair tutors could not provide my daughter with a beneficial service they had advertised. I spoke with a member of the admin team and express my unhappiness and requested a refund as all payments had been made in full and on time. My daughter has only had 5 sessions to date. I was told a person called Mo would contact me to discuss a refund two weeks ago this did not take place. I have sent two emails over the last two weeks to request a refund and have had no correspondence in return, I have attempted to call the company today using the number on the website and it no appears to be disconnected.

We've tried other organisations such as kipp Mccarthy that didn't have this Personal and individual approach especially when dealing with stress of A levels. I appreciate the flexible and reasonable price which also makes the whole experience settling and very effective as at times we may need more support which was provided. Would highly recommend

Fair tutor really helped my daughter, she was struggling with maths and science as she had learning difficulties and teachers at her school didn’t have time to go over content. But, with fair tutor they go over content as much as she needs until she understands it. They’re nice I’ve never gotten a complaint that any of the tutors are being nasty. And she is more confident in certain areas of maths and science that she was struggling in before.
