I was matched with a therapist who suited me well. Talking felt easy and supportive. It helped me see things more clearly.

Avoid at all costs. They were emotionally manipulative in my time of need, and encouraged me to sign up to a Klarna payment plan that I couldn’t afford, claiming they were giving me access to affordable counselling on a “low earners” rate. They quite forcefully encouraged me to sign up to this before even speaking to a potential counsellor.

I had a single session with a counsellor, and left the session feeling that the person on the other end was not the person they were claiming to be, and that the work done was based on on-screen prompts they were reading throughout the session. I got in touch with Faircare after this to cancel my sessions as it wasn’t right for me, having already paid the first 3rd instalment.

Faircare Counselling COMPLETELY stonewalled me and ignored every method of communication, including via the “Customer Help Team” phone number they had me save on Whatsapp during the first onboarding discussion. Klarna were largely not helpful and finally after trying to fight it for the past few months, I’ve been made to pay the full original amount, which was in the hundreds, despite only having a single “counselling” session.

I truly believe this service is a form of scam, and looking back there were a lot of red flags, however I was in a vulnerable emotional state at the time and they capitalised on this to get money out of me. I would strongly strongly urge anyone seeking genuine counselling or therapy to avoid Faircare Counselling at all costs.

Faircarecounselling are advertising jobs for counsellors and the job they expect is not the job description. Beware of applying for a job with these people they are very unprofessional and everything seems very underneath I spent days preparing for the job that was nothing like it was advertised. They were expecting double the work and half the money that other companies pay.

I have dipped in and out of therapy for years, but have never valued it and gained from it as much as I have over the past year! The admin team are amazing, and Aqsa has been unbelievably supportive, providing me with the best tools to keep growing and improving😊

Faircare counselling was recommended to me by another user and I was paired and matched up with Asqa. This has been such a beautiful journey as me and Asqa just clicked straight away. Asqa is an excellent listener and explains things so clearly to me. She picks up on words and information I have shared and then explains further in very simple and easy to understand language. She is very flexible and approachable and I would like to thank Asqa from the bottom of my heart for all of her support and counselling she has given me so far. I have been speaking to Asqa since Nov 24 and still continue to have sessions with her

Sharing a cautionary experience with Faircare Counselling, who asked for original design work as part of their interview process. After I submitted the designs, they went silent—no feedback, no response via email or WhatsApp. It seems they may be collecting free work under the guise of hiring. Designers, beware.

Honestly thought it’d be stiff and weird but it was actually calm and easy to talk. My therapist knew
how to keep things flowing without pushing too much.

The thing I appreciated most was that my therapist, Jade, didn’t just nod and agree with everything I
said. She challenged me, made me think, and didn’t make me feel like a lost cause. Game-changer for
my mental health.

Many therapy platforms treat therapists like numbers, but Faircare is different. They genuinely care about matching clients properly, supporting therapists, and making sure everyone has a positive experience. It has been refreshing to work with them

my hundreds of pounds assessment comes from a senior psychologist who cannot supply me her HCPC reg number AND a main business who cannot supply Companies House Reg number this makes my assessment void, They work as a like data base around uk and Ireland etc they have repededly failed to provide their company regestration number to me for their main business not their individual therpaists. Turned it around to my fault and even said why I had therapist switched this weeks and their offers of different style when I said about their unregestered business . On government website it has. A faircare and a few but they are NOT FairCare Counselling and look at who owns them and their reg number is legally required in legal statement and it’s not on their to any match gov webiste under Companies house. Emails from admin team are from Mo. I can prove too and mo sounds 100% female . Therpaists have done nothing but I have shown some of them I’ve previously known some supported or told me not to report but are also required ethically to work in a regestered employment aswell as themself regestered individually if employed by company and faiircare counselling do employ around uk and Ireland . I had good therpay then switched etc but the lies , deception and emotional manipulation speaking in companies house no link to them in Hov regestration website to their email it’s led to making me doubt the reality of my experince since Jan, made me doubt myself a bit, made me panic , they’ve told me I will harm others if I report them prove that To the T. It is a bare with it until I have energy to take further action this will proceed when I have mental energy trust pilot can email me to take this forward all screenshots are available to all this. I trusted them they can’t even giv regestration Nunber for senior osychologist done my report Mo and other therpsit I’ve messaged support that . It’s legal duty supply you HCPC reg if out of Scotland under your name or in reports my report is not ethical an no treatemnt given significant issues in it just don’t link together and no reg allowed given in email told it be given verbally please also note people look faire are counselling jobs youl see a reddit link of people questioning faircare counselling legitimacy and remember this is faircare counselling not just faircare officially. I left a review on how great servjce was then discovered this. They will be closed Down il ensure it but take time I need rest . Trot pilot can ask em for all they want they can get it it’s in my phone ready to give

I've been working with Faircare as a therapist for nearly 2 months, the company ethos and flexibility is why I applied. The onbording was straightforward, client referrals are well matched, in good numbers and diverse. The support team is fantastic whether supervisors, admin or management, all are easily accessible and knowledgeable. Payments are also on time. Would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The team at Faircare Counselling is very professional and compassionate. They made me feel comfortable from the first session. I've seen significant improvements in my mental health.

I have tried few companies in the past but Fair care counselling has out performed all of them especially Better help I was not happy with their service but with Fair care counselling I am extremely happy with the service counsellor James provided he went above and beyond and I intend to stay long term with them.
