I have 2 pairs of the Regina boots which I love. However I lost one of the tassle screws, I emailed F&F and received a reply back very quickly from customer service advising I can get this replacement. I ordered the replacement and 2 days later I received them. Excellent customer service who are very quick to answer any query, it's so lovely to receive such a fast service.

First time ordering from F&F and extremely impressed. Excellent website, very easy to navigate and super fast chat function. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Whole process was faultless. Exquisite high end silk scarf received (next day) in perfect condition. Thank you F&F!

I recently pre-ordered the Fairfax & Favor Town and Country clutch bag in burgundy. It was definitely worth the wait. The bag itself is beautifully made and is already a favourite part of my wardrobe.

My first order, for Explorer boots and Cressida coat, arrived very promptly and beautifully packaged. Both items were too large and I exchanged them for smaller sizes. Excellent and rapid service.

I didn’t have to do this with every purchase as the card is now saved against my account. Fantastic, friendly welcome,our visit was a treat for my daughter. She was shown lots of different items and we were treat to a glass of fizz and a cuddle from daisy dog. The shop is clean and very well set out. The team were very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely visit again

I bought the Lydia Millen Town and Country clutch in Burgundy. The first two bags were not very good with issues with the leather. They should have passed quality checks before sending to a customer. Luckily I connected with Paige from F&F and she has been remarkable. She literally has been a star. Her communication has been amazing. She sourced me a perfect bag and arranged for it to be sent next day delivery. I cannot thank her enough. The only reason I knocked a star off was for the quality and initial disappointment at not receiving the bag on time, in the condition I expect from F&F. I’m in love with the bag and Paige has made it an absolute pleasure to deal with the brand.

I was looking for some time for good coat. Since I live in USA we have a lot of different famous brands. I tried many, but it looked like a robe on me. I wanted something classy and stylis. Suddenly Fairfax and favor appeared on my Facebook. I spend couple days in learning about this brand, reading reviews, since it was my first purchase from this brand.
