Great range of hard to get products available on site. The postage costs outside the UK are on the high side especially as import duty will have to paid by the customer.

Didn't send the order that I had bought…
Didn't send the order that I had bought and payed for. When I contacted them weeks later, they promised to "re-send". Obviously didn't send then either. They can't show me a tracking number and I never got any shipment confirmation. Never recieved the order. This is now more than three months later, and they refuse to reimburse. -Scammers! Steer clear!!
Edit; For some reason I'm not able to respond to fab finches responce to me in here. NO, they did NOT provide me with any tracking.

You’re in Norway so item takes time to be delivered and clear customs in your country. We responded immediately and sent you the tracking number and proof of posting to you. You also automatically get dispatch information when the orders shipped online.
Took the money for goods that they…
Took the money for goods that they clearly did not have and then told lies stating that the goods had been despatched on Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery. No tracking info provided to verify this and no contact from Royal Mail. Surprise surprise no goods arrived a week later either. Refund requested and asked them to call me. No reply to my request and no phone call. Absolutely shocking, definitely not fab customer service. I now see that others have recently had a very similar experience to my own. First and last time I shall be dealing with Fab Finches.

We dispatched the item to you and as spoken to you are chasing it up with Royal Mail. This is all within 24 hours with us even emailing you a reply on a Sunday evening! You didn’t even give anyone a chance or time before leaving this so it’s very unfair and unjust feedback

Great product
Great product, four of my canaries had feather mite and within a few days of starting the treatment the mite had gone.
Would highly recommend.

Paid for 9am delivery on time as I had to leave to catch a flight at 11am. Received notification that they tried to deliver it at 13:08. Now I’m waiting for Royal Mail to send back the order to get my money back. It’s been more than 3 weeks
