Absolute joke of a company! Pay a premium for postage and it’s been over a week and Royal Mail not scanned the item acording to the company! Day one I asked for a refund and before 6am it’s already sent scoring to a email. Never again will I use this company ever! I’m sure they will come back with some sarcastic of an excuse but let me say this! They respond back but don’t action anything.
As for Gemma that said I’ll get back to you, that never happened!!! Now I got PayPal involved and opened a case for a refund. Will spread the word on social media about this company, absolutely awful behaviour.

Can’t place an order online
Can’t place an order online. Can’t get through to anyone on the phone for over 4 weeks with no voicemails replied and despite having to use their contact us form every time I want to reply to their email (as emails are bouncing back when I try to reply, apparently it’s my fault) I don’t get a call to make the order manually when requested.
If you can order online great but if you need customer support I suggest you find somewhere else

You havent ordered from us so why leave a negative review just to put a company down? slightly unfair and unjust
we have replied to your emails, emails are not bouncing back our end and other customers are also receiving replies from us fine, we have replied to all 4 of your emails, all within this week.
Other people have also been ordering fine online without any problems, so it seems its just you having problems ordering online and emails, no one else
Very good company and service as always.

I ordered two items 6 weeks ago, one item arrived the other didn't. I have called six times and left a message asking them to call me. . Still waiting for the call! I am out of pocket and none the wiser! Feel I have been ripped off, avoid at all costs.
