Excellent job from start to finish. Let me break it down a bit:
1.Communication with the office was easy and there are multiple channels to do so, from which I've used email and phone.
2. Booking was easily done over the phone and quote was sent to me in a digital format as well.
3. Cleaners were prompt and arrived on the time we agreed upon, which isn't easy to do especially in London, considering the awful traffic in Chelsea where my home is located.
4. The cleaning itself was really thorough and the cleaning team really friendly which I appreciated.

I'm overall impressed and will be using the services of fabcleaning in the future as I like this type of business.

Thorough cleaning, really attentive cleaners that knew what they were doing and didn't need any supervision and one clean apartment at the end of it all, which is what I was looking for all along.

Thumbs up for Nadya and Desi. The two girls came to our apartment in Oxford and did an amazing spring clean. I honestly can't believe what a difference the cleaning made.

Wonderful company that I'm genuinely impressed by! We had an end of tenancy cleaning done by a team of two fabcleaning cleaners. It was done swiftly and without any hassle. The booking itself was completed by my husband the evening before. The short notice was not a problem and didn't cause an additional fee either.

All in all, I'll be using their services the next time we require cleaning.

Fab cleaning have been delightful to deal with. I guess smaller companies do care about their customers unlike other big brands that seem to feel to big to fail. I had a great experience booking a cleaning, then a friendly cleaner turned up to help surprise my wife with a clean oven. Hopefully they remain true to this level of service in the future.

Our carpets were cleaned by fabcleaning yesterday. I'm very impressed and will be using again!

We've been using fab cleaning for our regular house cleaning for the past 2 years. Cleaning is of great standard and what's more important, at least for me is that bookings are simplified as much as possible.

Had a lovely cleaning lady from Fab cleaning do a spring cleaning for me last week in Harrow. Price was on point and she was eager to start doing her job right as she walked through the door. Didn't stop until the 3 hours I paid for were over.

Super value for money. Honest workers, although none of them was english or spoke english well, cleaning was superb. Say what you want about Bulgarians, but they do know how to clean a house.

I used Fab Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean in Oxford. I wasn't around on the day so they collected the keys from the agency, did the clean and returned them as discussed. The check-out inventory noted that the cleaning had been performed 'to a high standard'. Can't really say it better than that. Was a fair price, and included the oven and fridge, as well as professional clean of the carpets. Would happily recommend to anyone based on this level of service.

Recommended. The Oxford team did a fantastic job with two properties for me last week. A pre move in clean on a property I've bought and an end of tenancy clean on the rental I was moving out of. I was slightly nervous not using one of the big players as their quote was the lowest by some margin but the cleaners were on time, friendly, reassuring and did an amazing job, getting rid of stains and limescale that had defeated me for years. I would definitely use them again and am very grateful. Getting them in to clean the property I was moving into was well worth it as it meant I could focus on the move and the packing/unpacking and not scrubbing cupboards first!

I had an amazing experience with this company, I worked with a woman who was extremely professional and knew what she was doing. She and her team did an excellent Job and our out of tenancy checkout went down very smoothly because of it. Highly Recommend them.m

Fabcleaning exceeded mine and my partner's expectations by a lot. I honestly couldn't believe how much of a drastic change a deep clean can result in. We booked a deep cleaning with them and two of their cleaners turned up nearly on time (about 20 minutes late, not much of a big deal considering traffic in London)
They got rid of stains I didn't think it was even possible to get rid of as they've been there literally for years. One of the things that made the deep clean really impressive was the attention to detail. Every single light fitting was polished and even doors were cleaned from top to bottom.
I would happily recommend fabcleaning to friends and use them again in the future whenever we need any sort of cleaning.

Fab cleaning were very thorough and really pleasant to deal with. Just after having builders work of our home in Greenwich, we decided to employ them for an after builders work. The place was left in a relatively clean condition but definitely needed professional work and fab cleaning and their associates were the right choice. The people in their office were nice and friendly, but the cleaning staff is where they excelled.

The workers were from an eastern european country judging by their accent, although I couldn't say which one in particular. Communication was a bit off, but we managed to figure things out and the final quality of the work they performed was stellar.
Considering the price paid, I'd say that they offer good value. If you look around for a better price, you'll probably find one. We were happy with the quote and after finding positive reviews here were confident enough to book the service.

Hopefully other people would find the feedback left by me and other clients just as helpful as we did.
I rarely employ companies before checking reviews on Trustpilot and so far have not been let down.

Dreadful experience from the Oxford Team - booked an end of tenancy clean and truly appalling service. Staff rude and aggressive, frankly lacking in competency as wanted to be told which areas needed re cleaning when areas still visibly dusty and dirty. Awaiting response from customer services.

Excellant service, did more than required or expected of them. Fast, friendly, efficient service and lovely people too. Will definately use again.

The two cleaners weren't the most social ones I've ever met, but they sure make up for it with the way they worked. I lived in the flat they cleaned for the past 3 years and there was a lot to deal with, but the Fab cleaning team was simply wonderful. I had a hard time discussing the cleaning requirements with them, but once I got through to their supervisor we managed to clear everything up and I'm definitely
glad with the job done. At the end of the day what mattered the most to me was how good they clean and I have nothing to complain about in this department.

If you ever have to move out of a property in East London, this is the most affordable way to get your bond back. I was thoroughly impressed by their cleaners, really friendly.
