A lovely lady came today to clean my flat. She was highly experienced and kind. All the kitchen appliances are like new now! Please make sure to congratulate her! Mark.

End of tenancy cleaning was not done properly. I had to redo the vacuuming and wash the floors myself. There were a lot of dirty spots throughout the kitchen as well. They hadn’t cleaned under the fridge, next to the washing machine or the side of the kitchen cupboards. The two girls did not speak English so couldn’t explain anything to them. Do not recommend!!

Had a terrible experience with an end-of-tenancy clean by this company, right at the start of lockdown. The booking process was straightforward: the best bit. From them on, virtually everything they claim to do as advertised is wrong. They state that their cleaners come in a professional branded vehicle. Who did I admit into the car park? A private unmarked car with two people, dressed in normal clothes with no uniform, barely conversant in English. I was worried that they weren’t even from the company!

Then we move on to the cleaning itself. £200 which should have included full dusting, hoovering of soft furnishings, a complete bathroom descale etc. They spent three hours on it and handed back the keys. Some things were adequately cleaned, such as the fridge, but the vast majority were NOT done. The sofa was not hoovered at all and was full of crumbs. Barely anything was descaled. I don’t even think they brought dusters with them.

My mistake was to not check the cleaning straight away, which they require as part of their “re-clean” policy. Some of this was flagged up 5 days later by the tenancy inspection. However, it was the height of lockdown and social distancing and I didn’t want to enter the place immediately and physically inspect it after the two cleaners had spent hours in there. They ignored this completely when pointed out to them. And besides, why would you even want this company to “re-clean” for you when they can’t get the basics right the first time?

Avoid avoid avoid.

Fab cleaners are running a frankly criminal operation. The experience of my housemates and I has been not only been appalling and extremely stressful but left us out of pocket. We were given guarantees of deposit securing cleaning and a fixed price with no hidden fees. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

Upon arrival two cleaners demanded that they would not clean the property unless we paid an extra £143. They demand this in full knowledge that students often have to present a receipt of professional cleaning to guarantee deposit refunds from their landlords. Upon payment of the extra hidden fees four cleaners turned up without facemasks and began cleaning the property. As a household with several members shielding due to pre-existing health conditions this was somewhat worrying and this utter disregard to public health was very disappointing indeed. We were not spoken to once by the cleaners that arrived and could only deal with management over the phone.

To top it off Fab left the fridge/freezers, bathroom and microwave uncleaned, items which we then had to deal with ourselves. Fab cleaning are nothing short of a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Paid £440 for them to clean our house. Two cleaners rocked up and demanded £150 more. Exploiting poor students. Not to be trusted. Take a lot of breaks too. Left my fridge and freezer dirty. Worrying company ethics. Soon into administration? Seems so. BB.

We booked Fab Cleaning as tenants to clean a rental property due to their 72 hour guarantee and promises of no hidden charges. Unfortunately upon arrival these cleaners demanded extra money or else they would leave without cleaning anything. Upon payment of nearly £150 of extra fees the cleaners proceeded to do an unfinished job of the house, spending a lot of time outside smoking or on the phone. Fab Cleaning left appliances and bathrooms uncleaned despite promising to clean them in their quote. The landlord was, quite rightly, unhappy with the state of the house yet Fab Cleaning did not make good on they guarantee and left us to fix the mess, despite having charged nearly £600 for the job. Their website contains fake testimonials and fake social media links: it is quite clear that Fab Cleaning are not a legitimate business. Avoid them at all cost.

I have not used this company personally but my friends in Oxford used them and found that the service was very poor I ended up having to help them deep clean the fridge freezers and other areas that hadn't been cleaned. Looking at Fab Cleaning's website, the reviews seem very suspicious and I struggle to believe they were written by genuine customers (see 5* reviews by ‘Lidia Halpert’ and ‘Darren Grimsberg’). There is also no option on the website for customers to leave reviews, and my friends who used the service asked about this but Fab had no answer. The social media links are also fake/broken. This all seems like a company which is trying to avoid potential customers seeing honest feedback from people they have let down in the past, which seems to be a common occurrence judging by my friends’ experiences. I personally would avoid this company as they do not seem honest and offer a poor service.

I booked Fab cleaning for an end of tenancy cleaning job. When the team turned up, they immediately started taking photos and the manager informed us they would require almost £150 extra or would not clean the property and would also not guarantee our deposit due to the condition of the house. The house was not sparkling clean, as would be expected for an end of tenancy job which we were paying several hundred pounds for, but this seemed unwarranted and pre-planned. The cleaners then spent a large portion of the day smoking and chatting on the phone in the garden. When we inspected the house, there were several areas which had not been cleaned to the required standard. Fab refused to send cleaners back in the next couple of days to address these areas, meaning we had to clean these ourselves in order to get our deposit back, which would not have been possible just relying on their services.

It then took well over a week with multiple follow up phone calls and emails to secure a miniscule partial refund for the areas they did not address. Emails went completely ignored and each time I rang a new excuse was made to avoid refunding anything. Avoid this company unless you want an unfinished job, extortion of extra money (despite their assurance of ‘no hidden costs’), terrible customer service and an overall horrific experience.

Rang twenty minutes beforehand to say they were not coming after I drove three hours to meet them

Had a wine/carpet trouble because of a party we had at our place and booked a clean with fabcleaners the very next day. Needed someone ASAP and they did show up with a very short notice to completely remove the stain. Amazing work, and very considerate, wearing ppe because of the virus.

Superb cleaning and really reasonably priced. Will use again for our next move out clean. Shout out to the Oxford team and especially Stanley!

Booked fab cleaning for a rental property of mine in Oxford. They did a thorough job cleaning it after the last tenants moved out and it was ready in about 5 hours. Very thorough friendly people. The letting agency actually asked for their contact details due to the quality of the job they carried out

End tenancy clean was conducted at very short notice. The team did a super job. The landlord was so impressed that she asked which company did the work. Of course i gave her the details! Well done to FAB.

Carpets looking lovely now after Manny (a very nice man) came to clean them at short notice and at a reasonable price. I would defo recommend :)

What a great service! I called the lovely Manny (who just happened to be in the area) and he was at my home within the hour. The stain on my carpet was treated and removed brilliantly. Im so happy with the results and couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Fab Clean!! I will certainly be using you again.

Technicians were on time, carpets were really dirty as I have pets - they were as new once they finished. Oven, windows, cooker, fridge... all good! Super polite, professional and barely stopped during the cleaning, other than for a smoke / refreshments, they did a really amazing work and couldn't be happier with my end of tenancy cleaning! Really good price for the quality I got for the service!

Very good cleaning at a reasonable price. I was assured from the very beginning of my communication with fab cleaning that the end of tenancy cleaning service they offer is guaranteed and when our landlord found a few omitted areas, fab cleaning came without any hassle to rectify the problems. Our move was made a bit easier as leaving London for Bournemouth was not easy, trust me on that!

Excellent oven cleaning. Dimitar came on time and cleaned our oven really thoroughly. I am pleased and the price of 50 quid was well worth it.

Great cleaning, decent price. The checkout after our tenancy has ended went well, nothing more I could have asked. Recommended!
