Chargers not working properly in the Raddisson Red Galway which i booked as you had chargers there had to move my car to a different hotel where your chargers worked (Galmont) However i was charged 18 euro per night parking here when my own hotel was free really disappointed

Used a third party app to charge and was a bit apprehensive as to whether it would work easily. No problems connecting or recognising the charging station.

The chargers that I try to use in work my car will not charge using them I have 44 € on my fob but cannot use the site is Pfizer grange castle

No serial number marking on the charger…
No serial number marking on the charger I first used and had problems with. When I called support there was no way to be sure which I was at.
It was some weeks back on the 9/5/26 at the Ballymount applegreen station, D12V52H. The agent I called for support couldn't guide me on how to identify the unit by serial number, but eventually figured out where I was and reset the unit still no joy, and had to move to the adjacent unit when free.

Just to clarify, all of our chargers do have a sticker with a connector number, formatted as IE*XXXXX-01, 02 and so on, which also matches what you'll see in the app.
If it wasn't visible on the unit you used, that's definitely something we'd like to look into. If you reach out to us at support@ezo.ie with the location details, we can identify the charger and make sure everything is in order.
We're happy to walk you through how to locate the number on the app for next time and make sure you have a smoother experience.

Having to load yet another app
Having to load yet another app. For another charging point. Entrusting valuable information about my credit card to you. Why when you run a petrol car you fill up tap and go. So easy, yet charging a car you have to give so much information. Make life easier please tap and go is so much easier to do and I do not have to risk my credit cards information.

The good news is that our fast-charging units do support contactless card payment, so you can simply tap and go without needing the app.
For our slower AC chargers, an account is currently required to start a session — we appreciate this adds a step, and we'll make sure this feedback reaches our product team.

Charger’s constantly inoperable
Charger in Achill, co Mayo not working when I was low on charge.
Charger in Westport has never worked while I was there.
Newly installed charger in greystones not working for over a year.
Charger in Bray, Co Wicklow regularly out of service.
These three example’s are a top of the iceberg.
It is an Incredibly unreliable service and it is even more frustrating that the business is expanding one of the least fit for purpose networks on ireland.

We really appreciate you flagging the issues at Achill — this has been raised with our technical team and will be treated as a top priority.
Regarding Westport, could you give us a bit more detail on which unit you're referring to? We have a few chargers at that location and we want to make sure we're looking at the right one.
On Bray and Greystones, after reviewing your account we can see that the attempts there were at ESB and Lidl-owned ABB units — as these aren't operated by us, servicing and maintenance falls outside of our hands. For any issues with those chargers, you'd need to reach out to the respective operators directly.
