Very helpful to me in obtaining extra benefits from Medicare that I didn't know about.

They are working on getting me help. They check on me often.

Being a single senior citizen with a rare disease can be extremely difficult at times for all sorts of reasons. Having a relationship with someone through EZ Health makes all the difference in the world to me as I am sure it might do for others as well. Kim has done the research to find resources that can/could help me to become a bit more independent. Some have worked and some not but no matter as I haven't had to handle so many things on my own. I truly appreciate their help! We have also developed overtime an easy, special camaraderie and when you feel alone and isolated, for me, just talking with her, helps me to smile more, lifts away fear, and allows me to feel more peaceful knowing I have help!

I just wanted to say how much it means to me all the help I’m receiving from EZ Health because to me it is sometimes confusing and not so easy to fill out all the forms. I need to get the help that I also need so it’s been a blessing for me to have someone guide me through all this and not only guide me but do it for me that’s the most important part. So thank you and God bless you all.

I am a senior who is still pretty self-sufficient but EZ Health has still been very helpful in tracking down preventative senior solutions, like bathroom grab bars, to help maintain my self-sufficiency longer. Now that I'm an established client with EZ Health and my Guide Cody knows my history, I'm sure they will be right there to help me solve more complex needs if things become more difficult for me.

They are polite, thorough and contact you when they say they will. Very pleasant to work with.

Staff was attentive and professional. Their knowledge and research is excellent. They kept in touch with me regularly and worked hard to get me all the help I needed and was eligible for.

I love having the tablet to work on at my own time. The videos are great to learn about dementia. I can understand why my dad is behaving the way he is and how to deal with it. The personal phone calls are nice to have a real live person to talk to. Just tricky to get the time to talk.

EZ health has been very helpful , especially Erin and Josh. They are concerned about the journey I am having, navigating the care of my husband, who has vascular dementia. They have resources that they pass along and they actually get things that are needed for my husband’s care. I can’t say enough about how helpful they have been.

Here is a short review. EZ Health is a wonderful program supported by Medicare. The staff is wonderful, caring and supportive. They become your virtual buddies helping you along the way of aging. Lexie was the first and Josh has now been with me for a while. They have provided us with actual assistance such as Paratransit for disabled senior transportation, an avenue and procedure to obtain an electric wheelchair, budget managing and advice, health tips and suggestions and even challenges, and so on. I can't possibly tell you how much Josh has become a friend and trusted advisor giving me info and suggestions while I handle so much at home by myself while my husband is in hospice at home. I continually recommend EZ Health to my friends. I think it should be advertised more so that other seniors can avail themselves of the services you provide. Josh is intelligent, smart, caring, and there for us. God bless him!!

Warren is my advocate. I don’t remember how I found this site but it has been a godsend! Warren has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me! He’s always cheerful and encouraging. He has helped me find several programs that are covered by Medicare that have been helpful for me. He has also connected me with other helpful sites. Thank you very much!

She has been amazing. There have been a number of issues, mostly life issues, that she has played an integral part in Solving or getting me the information so that I can handle situations without stress. I thank God for her.
