My experience with EZ Health has been wonderful. I contacted them to help me stay in my home, yet got much more than that. I was helped with assurance of hope during depression, support after a devastating diagnosis, obtaining disabled equipment I needed, and overall very kind emotional support that I never dreamed of. I had some "supposed" help from another company prior that was pathetic, in comparison! I recommend EZ Health to all, especially those who do not see hope. There is hope--with EZ Health!

My husband and I really like the help we’ve received from Janise our advocate! She calls us once a week and helps us with all sorts of things. She does all kinds of research that helps us with finding things like heaalthy food, rides, canes , referrals from doctors. I’m glad we tried EZHealth!

I have been on Medicare for 15 years and had never heard of EZ Health. Like many things on Facebook, where I saw this, I wondered about its veracity. I received a welcome call and some information. I was assigned a sort of counselor, Rachel, who will call me monthly to check in. I can call her. I’m new so I don’t know a lot but it sounds like a wonderful addition to Medicare.gov. Did Medicare ever send is any info? Is Facebook the best place to reach seniors?

Heather faithfully calls me every Monday to check on my wellbeing. Heather and I enjoy our conversations and she always asks what she can do to meet my needs. Heather has provided names and phone numbers of free and low cost services such as lawn care, transportation services and food.
EZ Health has been a much needed service for me.

Jake, EZ Health has been so helpful to us. He assisted us with finding the best and reasonably priced incontinence supplies and safety options for our home and car. He does research and finds the best options for everything we need. Life is easier with EZ Health around.

Tina helped me find a PT therapist who is helping me with pain. Am now in touch with a woman for talk therapy who will be able to help me understand my life better. I am happy with this service of helpful people.

Their attention to details made my experience great. Enlightening me to things that I didn’t think about. The effort they put into finding me resources. Their kindness and support make Ez Health an excellent choice. Mildred, Heidi, and Kyerra, have been great, very attentive.

Very kind and empathetic. Finding me services that I need, and that I was unaware of. Check-in every week or 2 to see how I'm doing. thank you. They are great.

I think this program helping seniors staying at home instead of going to nursing home is great. I sure don't want to go to a nursing home.

Rachel has put me in contact with a community center that I am excited about trying.

My advocate, C****, has been amazing@ She's personable, caring, competent, and reliable. She really goes to bat for me in finding resources to help me maneuver my health challenges. We've been working together for about a month and she's already found me a resource for free transportation to medical appointments. This is a major blessing as I'm in a small, rural community with few options. She also helped me find a special bag that works with my hemi-walker so I can walk to the mailbox to retrieve my mail. I know I'm not her only client, but she makes it feel like I am. We have several more goals we're working on, and I appreciate her help, encouragement and support!
If the other advocates are half as dedicated as C****, IMHO you'd be remiss not to give EZ Health a try.

So reassuring to not only have free access to advice and referrals but At 85, it pays to have a reliable resource to help you navigate the health care system and a friendly respectful voice doesn’t hurt either.

I was amazed at how helpful and knowledgeable Thao is. She has stayed in contact regularly trying to find more helpful and useful information. I'm glad I reached out to EZ Health.

Guide has been a real lifesaver for me and my husband. Celia has been a steady force as I encounter the challenges of caring for someone with dementia. I had know about dementia but dealing with someone who is going through this everyday is a whole different experience grateful!!

Okay I've been with this company for a month and I really enjoyed their collaboration between Aba and Avery checking for house cleaning, maintenance, also checking grants and food places and there's so much that these two do that's quicker and faster than I could ever think about and I can't thank them enough I did not know that this company was out there everybody should join the team that needs to thank you very much EZ HEALTH.
