I paid for 3 years and walked away. That's how bad it is.

Worst hosting experience I’ve had. According to their own site monitoring, my uptime was a staggering 50%. My site is tiny, yet it took 20+ seconds to load.

The technical failures are one thing, but the rude, unprofessional treatment from the admin/marketing team was the final straw. I’ve already moved my site to a different provider, effectively LOSING two years of prepaid fees and not to mention the customers I lost due to the downtime. Don't fall for the marketing. PS: I have screenshots to backup my claims.

We would like to clarify the facts and timelines regarding your account to provide a complete perspective:

5 Nov 2024: You joined us on a Pro plan for ₹5,048/- (3-year term).

Jan 2025: Despite your site’s performance issues being rooted in custom code errors—which our team documented and informed you of multiple times— we took an extraordinary step and provided a complimentary upgrade to our Business plan (valued at ₹10,700/-) at no extra cost to help accommodate your website's resource needs.

Regarding performance,While the Business plan offered excellent performance for your initial needs, your website's requirements evolved by 2026, the complexity and resource demands of your site necessitated dedicated resources beyond what any shared environment could provide, the loading delays and perceived downtime were direct results of your specific website code and its incompatibility with a shared hosting environment. We offered a transition to a VPS as the appropriate technical solution for your site’s requirements; however, we cannot provide dedicated server resources free of charge.

Following this free ₹5,652 value-add, you demanded a further upgrade to a private VPS server for free. When we explained that we cannot provide dedicated server resources at no cost, you explicitly threatened us with this negative review unless we complied.


While we regret you feel your experience was unsatisfactory, we provided a service value nearly double your original payment to support your site’s growth


We take pride in our support, but we do not succumb to review-based pressure to provide premium services for free. We wish you the best with your new provider.

Execellent team

I shifted my servers to EzerHost about a month ago and i must say the decision i made was excellent in starting before migration was a little hesistant about my data and how it will go after migration but there team is excellent and they did a very smooth migration we didnt loss any data and it was fabulous great thanks to the whole team

Amazing team with great infra hatsoff

I’d been delaying switching hosts for months because I was honestly scared of losing my data or my site crashing during the move. I finally took chance with EzerHost after having detailed discussion with Kapil Their team handled the whole migration—I literally just handed over my old login info and they moved everything (files, databases, the works) in 2 hours. I didn't knew this could be done so smooth.

Reliable Hosting with Excellent Support

I’ve been using EzerHost for almost 3 years now, and it has been a great experience throughout. Their support team is incredibly helpful and provides almost real-time assistance whenever I need it. It’s been truly reassuring to have such reliable service at a very affordable cost. I’m grateful to have found EzerHost — it’s a hosting provider I can trust and highly recommend!

Overall happy with the service

We have taken dedicated server 2 months from ezerhost after struggling a lot with milesweb and there support.
Not only we are happy with the performance and support we are also relieved from the daily issues. Our account manager abhinav understands the needs of our business and proactively helps.

Excellent Server Provider

Ezerhost is a amazing vps provider, recently migrated from Hostinger vps to there VPS service is far much better amazing support team. Thanks to Abhinav and Sunil.

Best Hosting

if your thinking to buy? I suggest, give a try.

I recommended this hosting.I purchased the hosting yesterday.thats all i did. everything else done by support team. just i raise the ticket they are ready to hear me.
I was searching for hosting that care for customers and hear what customer says. At last i found what i search for years.
thankyou for wonderful site, wonderful support your providing.I hope i will have long time run with your sites.
if your thinking to buy from them. I suggest...
just give a try. I tell you you wont regret later.
PS i never wrote review without experenceing. this is 100% from my experence.

I took a dedicated server on 21 dec…

I took a dedicated server on 21 dec from ezerhost. They suggested me the configurations required to run my fintech website. My website is performing much better now as compared to when it was on godaddy. Thanks ezerhost for the help
