I got assistance from one of the staff this morning who explained how to choose the uniforms properly for my wards. He also helped me make some changes and I am very grateful for that.

Brilliant service - ordered a size too big to my home, so was able to email them and request a smaller size to exchange at the school (free delivery) within a couple days.

£10 delivery charges
The staff were very helpful however as I didn’t know what size jumper I needed I ended up paying delivery charges twice - £10. If the arrangements could be changed so that a delivery is made to school and the child brings it home or allow parents to pick up items from Express Uniform office then this might ease the burden of delivery charges.

Thank you for the review Gill and we are happy you are pleased with the service of our staff. We did offer the option for parents/children to exchange items at the school but this was stopped at some schools during COVID. We are working with the schools to see how we can re-implement this as soon as possible. We will update all parents once we have found a solution. We also offer free shipping on orders over £50. Thank you, Zara

Hello Simon, thank you for getting in contact. We advise delivery of 3-5 working days from when the order is placed. I have looked into your order and can see the socks were despatched at the start of the week. They were sent by Royal Mail and you should have received them by now; Royal Mail are usually quite reliable. I am sorry that you are not satisfied on this occasion. We will follow up with the courier and update you in due course. Thank you, Zara.
