Over the years I have used various travel agents, but none have been as professional and customer caring as Experience It Now. Chloe from the Peacehaven branch has been outstanding, easy to contact via phone or email and always willing to help. The Safari holiday we booked came in at the best price and also included lounge access as a little extra, to top it off we received a nice thank you note and chocs too, amazing! Thank you Chloe, from Dom & fam.

Hiya, we booked a holiday through Experience it Now and we're super excited about it. Unfortunately, our circumstances changed and we weren't able to go. But the level of support and attention and help we were shown by Georgia was unbelievable. She helped us find a solution that works for us and I now have two excited children looking forward to their first flight on a plane. We haven't been the easiest customers but nothing has been too much. In particular, the personalised, professional communications have been prompt and exemplary. I won't use another travel company again. Any company can appear competent when things go right but it is what happens when things go wrong that makes a company stand out from the rest.

I will give 10 star ,
The staff was tremendous and patient , thank you providing me as well , excellent services.
i was very happy it relaxing to have trip without hassle about processing.
i highly recommend.

Thank you

Tracey’s career in the travel industry, has been well earned over the years, with her hard work & dedication. I’ve always trusted Tracey’s limitless knowledge & wisdom with booking our holidays! Experience It Now, is a lovely welcoming Travel Agency, which goes above & beyond in your individual needs. What a treat giving the specifications for a holiday, to find the end result is always to perfection. Honestly always a pleasure. The other members of staff are equally as helpful. Would highly recommend Experience It Now in Langney Shopping Centre, Eastbourne. Steve

Once again the girls at Experience it now worked hard to get us the holiday we wanted. Please use this travel agent you won’t regret it.

I was recommended by a friend to visit experience it now travel (peacehaven branch). I wanted to book New York for my 50th birthday next year. On arrival at the shop I met with Chloe, I explained I wanted to go to New York and with her kindness and knowledge we booked our break.
I have been so happy with the friendly service I’ve received. Chloe has been so informative and patient making sure that I was going to get the best from my holiday. I have used email to correspond as well as visiting the shop, I want to say both Chloe & her colleague Ellie are so efficient in their replying.
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting that happy friendly and human experience to booking their next holiday.

I’ve booked 3 holidays with Chloe now at the Peacehaven Branch, her and her team are very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and have loads of patience as I’m really fussy lol. Would absolutely recommend them 100% 👍 I’m looking forward to planning more upcoming holidays 😊

We went into the travel agents for advice on flights to Australia. Julia was very knowledgeable as she had been there. She gave us different options for stopovers and prices. She was friendly and efficient and rang me several times with information. We would definitely use her again. Thanks for your help.

All the staff at Seaford branch are wonderful and go over and beyond. Especially Georgia, she helped me so much with picking out my holiday that she made sure she could find me the best deal. She’s very patient and understanding.

Highly recommend. Renae was so easy to work with, she put together my bucket list trip for my family just days before Christmas. I will most definitely be using her services in the future.

Great service received today from Jasmin. Made booking so easy, friendly and very knowledgeable and helped us work out exactly what we wanted for our holiday. Thank you Jasmin for making it so simple.

I have booked another holiday with this travel agents, they have given great service and advice. They have been very helpful with any of my requirements. I feel much safer booking a holiday with this company than online, I would give 6 star rating but there is only 5. 😜

Wow this girl Olivia is amazing she knew exactly what I wanted and came up perfectly! Best experience, thank you

Friendly approachable staff, listened to what we wanted and delivered. Thank you

The moment I came in to ask for some advise the girls were really good Chloe H came over and politely asked if she could watch as she is new which I agreed to. When coming in the second time Chloe H stood up with a smile and great welcome remembering that I came in the other day she sat with the other lady watching her go through details and then took me over to her computer and continued to apologise as she was new and the system was a bit slow. Very lovely, helpful and polite ladies I appreciate your help today

Over the last couple of months Jasmin has been so helpful in working with me to plan our trip to America next year, she has made some great suggestions, and nothing is too much trouble for her. She always gets back to you when she says she will. Thank you so much, I literally cannot wait until next September.

Jasmin helped us through the selection process by listening to where we wanted to visit on our cruise. The options she gave were sound and we left very happy that we would have a great holiday. All booked. Thank you very much Jasmin
