Fast and fair support
The support answered within hours and kept me updated about the situation and the steps they took to find a solution for my problem. I felt positive about the communication all the time and every argument and information was aknowledged. I am very happy about the outcome of my incident as i received a partial refund although the cancellation deadline had passed but even without the refund the process went smooth and fair. Was kept well informed but sometimes situations weren't explained to clearly I am quite an impatient person and get quite frustrated when things don't happen straight away I made the process hard by adding extra days but it's all sorted now through the patience and diligence of the staff

The gift card is beautiful and it’s such a cool gift idea. Though I had a little trouble with buying it because of my card so I switched to my mothers credentials. Worst experience ever!! Made a mistake with my second name and it was their mistake. I figured it out one day before my flight to NY and they couldn't do anything. At some point the customer support stoped answering me. Worst site EVER! Don't use it. Seems like a scam!
