Exotic India não respeita a escolha do cliente. Eu escolhi o envio de um produto que comprei pela DHL, opção que é dada pela própria loja, e ela não envia o produto comprado por DHL (que é um serviço de entrega rápida) mas sim por Indian post, que é um serviço de correio comum, que demora dois meses para chegar no Brasil. É um total desrespeito com o consumidor.

Bought a book from #exotic India, the web page does not claim it is a 2nd hand book but when delivered to my place, to my surprise, it looked like 2nd hand book. Look at the front cover condition.
In the past, I have bought many books from online, none of the books that I bought are all in this condition that I attached below.

exotic india stocked a rare book out of publication and had ordered it.
The courier company-delhivery- sent back the parcel without delivering/contacting. But exotic india contacted and arranged to send back through blue dart.

Recently (Last week of June 2023) I purchased Ganesa Puranam in Sanskrit language. Printing is very poor..I think it is photocopy and not printed version....

Love the Buddha statue. Shipping did get delayed by about 2 weeks or so however, we love the artwork and the quality so it was worth the wait.

I didn't receive the package. I sent an e-mail, but no one answered.

4. VERY RARE PRODUCTS available with Exotic India that are difficult to procure from elsewhere,
5. Guaranteed, secure delivery through OTP-backed BLUE DART EXPRESS courier,
6. Tracking of transit of ordered products is comparable to that of Amazon, +
7. Prompt responses from their very responsible customer care services.

Cons:
1. Shipping and handling charges exorbitant for most products, ESPECIALLY BOOKS, making their pricing GROSSLY UNATTRACTIVE AND UNAFFORDABLE.

2. Very low profile company, very poor advertizing, hardly any awareness of Exotic India and it's products in the general public except for a handful of past loyal customers.

I had place order for Ganesha Statue on 22nd August 2023 with exotic india. The order number is EXO 1329518. 100% advance was paid. However till today ie 15th Sep 2023 the statue has not been delivered. The Ganpati festival has arrived. Their emial id does not work.
