Fantastic shop, easy to order online to collect or be delivered. Lovely staff who could not be more helpful if they tried! Always available to give advice and to have a chat. Great variety of stock and livestock. Animals are always kept immaculately, and I always end up coming out with more than I went in for! Wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

I ordered two bumblebee toads and got them in great condition. I have fallen in love with them and couldn't be happier with my purchase.
However, when asking them for some advice after delivery I was ignored on multiple occasions. I believe this is because I bought a heat mat and thermometer from another seller instead of them. If this is the reason for them now ignoring me I find it disheartening that me spending £30 elsewhere after spending £200 with them would lead to being ignored. I would've hoped that the £200 I spent with them and the welfare of the animals would've bee enough but it doesn't seem so.
I really do hope they get back to me on some advice and that that wasn't the reason I'm now being ignored. Before this the customer service was excellent it would be a shame to have to find another company for my pet needs as I really liked this one.

Ordered a boa cane when stated had some enquiries everything explained to me etc animal healthy very happy with the service I received would definitely recommend

Ordered for the first time after considering multiple other shops to buy some bioactive custodians and a few other bits. Waited over a week for my order to arrive and when it did the white dwarf woodlice I ordered were all dead. The box my order came in was too big for the items in it and no effort was made to pad the items, except for a few pieces of paper just thrown in the box, it was a miracle the lids of the bug boxes hadn’t come off and spilled everywhere.

Edit: Over 2 weeks since my woodlice arrived dead and still no refund, responses are very slow.

Fantastic company for all exotic species my chameleon arrived in tip top condition kept up to date in all correspondence and won’t hesitate to recommend and use again

I have never dealt with a customer service team so kind, so understanding, and so willing to help! A 5 star rating simply isnt enough! Would HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be coming back for all future purchases. <3

My experience with this company has been out of this world! Absolutely brilliant customer service extremely nice staff and as for my order it was a boa constrictor very fair price and the snake itself is beautiful and very healthy and active one of the best looking boas I've ever seen lovely pattern and nice weight for size. I must say its definitely been a 5 star experience

I ordered a new mexican tarantula (brachypelma kahlenbergi) on Friday and received it this morning, absolutely excellent service. Royal mail special delivery guaranteed before 1pm was definitely guaranteed. The adorable little thing is so tiny and cute and already has a good appetite.

Ordered a brachypelma albopilosum sling early hours, Sunday. Been wanting a tarantula for a long time, as I'm a spider enthusiast, but never dared dip my toe in the exotic water.
Spider arrived early, Royal Mail 1st class. He/She seems in good health. I guess I'm taking a gamble with a sling, but price was good. Packaging was good, but there was a very warm heat pad in the box and I'm led to believe (by some) this isn't necessary. Also, in a dark coloured paper towel, such a tiny sling is difficult to spot when housing. But other than that, great service.

Dreadful customer service and attitude. Bought a faulty product from them. They did everything they could to wriggle out of a refund. I ended giving up eventually as life's too short - but I'd never use them again ...

Bought a veiled Chameleon from Exotic-Pets, Came exactly when they told me it would. She’s absolutely beautiful and very lively. Settling in well eating and drinking already! They really care about their animals and giving you the correct knowledge to look after the animals. I will 100% buy again. Wish I lived closer to the shop I would be in ALL the time 😂! I had a terrible experience with Exotic Pets.
I ordered a particular breed of tarantula as a gift for a friend and after delivery delays was finally told it would be with me the next day, only to be contacted later on the same day telling me they had sold me something they did not have in stock!
Upon further enquiry I was told they only check stock levels once a month, appalling and clearly innaccurate!
They then claimed it's due to a larger number of associated tasks with pet keeping, which is true, but that's their problem for not employing enough staff.
All in all, terrible from start to finish and the only thing they did right, was issuing my full refund speedily - will never use again and would not recommend!

Superb Company. They were helpful and accommodating and sooooo friendly! My new additions came in great shape and much bigger than I expected. Will 100% be using them moving forward!

Paid for 24 hrs postage on Tuesday. It's now Thursday and hasn't been dispatched yet. -.- Definitely not reliable.

It is now Friday and still hasn't arrived. I contacted them and they changed my tracking from "Waiting for Despatch" to "Completed" when the order isn't even here so I'm not sure how it can be despatched and arrive at my door in the space of 5 minutes for them to say it's completed.

This is a company that ships live animals to people. I'd hate to think if it takes this long to get a few boxes of Crickets how long they'll take to ship a live animal.

Inept company. I would avoid.

Very lovely trauntulas, very tiny, only problem is mine molted through shipment so he came to me very angry glad they both ate a meal i guess they was very hungry after that long journey, thank you so much exotic pets will definitely be purchising more in 4 weeks time :) fast delievery to order it yesterday came today at 1pm, had one problem though, one of the slings thought they would try and bolt but i got the best of him cant wait for them to grow bigger

Great help in choosing my first ball python set up and great prices too. Delivery was good too
