Not even worth a star don’t waste your money and time and get a dead animal
Just a post to let people to know not to use exotic pets uk (dronfield) I bought a ocellata uromastyx cb21 off them for 300 pound.After spending 2 weeks of phone calls and emails and them going over my setup and me spending loads of money on a setup they finally sent me the uromastyx I was so happy.Well within a week it was dead they refused to refund the money or replace it with anything even though they ok my setup and went through all lighting and temps with me I keep a number of uros and volunteer part time at a reptile shop (cold blooded rainham) and wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else out there.
So being autistic and not being able to deal with this situation my friend rang them.He has owned a reputable reptile shop for 30 years he explained the situation and how he thought the animal was older then advertised and we was told something would be done.Well after a week of not hearing nothing from them and not even contacting him back he rang them.He was told due to the price of the lizard they would not be refunding my money or replacing the cost of the animal what is absolutely disgusting so please avoid I wouldn’t want you to buy a lizard or reptile as a present for your small child and his so happy and he gets up the next day to find it dead it would break there heart like it has mine you awful people.

I’ve ordered from them twice has been great service and delivery is fast. I get my live food from them and bought a curly hair tarantula came well packaged and healthy also buy my accessories for the tank got some small wood but it was massive was definitely worth it for the small price

Nightmare ordered items two weeks in advance for daughters birthday, they waited till last minute to tell us that due to faffing round with emails they hadn't dispatched it and couldn't for another week.misding her birthday.
I was livid we had given them plenty of time.
Then they said it could take 7 days to organise refund so raised a claim through PayPal cause I am so annoyed.
Don't bother with this company just time wasters.

they send wrong colour/badly mishapen products due to crushed in packaging and then refuse to send you returns labels so you can get your refund for wrong products?!
Try to lie saying they packed right, i opened myself ,no protection against the heavy items in same box, their excuse for wrong colours "studio lightening", if that was the case how does a red plant in photo drastically change to bright pink in real life? if anything it would be darker. also i doubt lighting can change base colours from brown to light grey. Total refusal to deal with my complaint properly and quite frankly cheeky as hell.

Ordered for the frist time got two Asian long tailed lizard they arrived so healthy well packed and am over the moon with them the customer service is amazing to i spoke to a guy called Aaron he made me feel so welcoming over the phone means a lot to me that as i suffer from bad anxiety so it made me feel so much better with everything you now have my royalty and will allways use your business thankyou so much

I found this shop in dronfield when Covid started, my rescued bearded dragon needed a overhaul as was living in a complete death trap this was the only store in the local area that had everything I needed, very friendly very knowledgeable and very professional.

I have used this company for over 10 years. They sold me my first reptile! since then I have used them for supplies without ever having an issue!

For me this is by far the best reptile shop in the area. I have brought reptiles from here and food on a regular basis. The staff are very knowledgeable in their animals and equipment. The welfare of their animals while at the shop and when going to their new homes is of upmost importance to them, to ensure they have a happy and healthy life.
Highly recommended!

One of the best shops around easily
I visit often for live food and other bits I have over the last couple of months had a couple of lizards from here and they have always been in good health and the staff are always keen to pass on good information and always do a lot of checks where the animal will be housed and if not suitable have advised changes
