Our experience at one of their propertys was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The villa did not match the listing images furniture was missing, the sofa was broken, the pool table and air hockey table were both unusable and mould was present inside the property.

We arrived to a dirty villa with no basic kitchen essentials provided. The kitchen hot water broke on two separate occasions. We were without hot water throughout the entire property for over 48 hours, with 16 calls to the emergency line going unanswered. The pool was not cleaned and the heating was broken for four days leaving us unable to use it at all.

During our stay a guest received an electric shock from the toaster upon switching it on. The oven mesh was burning during use. We did not feel the appliances were safe or adequately maintained.

We made six calls to the maintenance line and had four call-out visits throughout our stay. Our concerns were repeatedly dismissed by the management company and our formal complaint was not resolved to any satisfactory outcome.

We have full photographic evidence, videos and a complete email trail documenting our experience. This did not feel like the luxury villa we had booked and paid for.

Andy’s home 5818 was nothing short of amazing!!! The kids and other guests had a blast !! The home was exactly like it was pictured and it was so nice and soooo clean I loved everything about it!! Andy was also an amazing host as he was very responsive and in a timely manner. The house and overall stay down to the service was 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

My experience with Executive Villas was extremely positive, they were attentive and very helpful the entire 6 months I stayed with them. The house was great and the location was perfect, no complaints and I will be staying with them again when work takes me back to Orlando!

We stayed at 9324 Sommerset Hill Drive for 14 nights from March 26th 2026. Walking into the villa was an instant ‘wow!’ It is huge! The whole place was extremely clean from
top to bottom. Every bin had a bag in it and every bathroom had toilet roll in it. The kitchen had a small washing up liquid, sponge and dishwasher tablet to get you started.
Every bed was made and there were extra blankets provided if required. Each bathroom had towels and there were extras in the cupboard. The bedrooms all had walk in wardrobes of various sizes and the master had a small cot in it too.
The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for utensils, lots of storage, large oven, coffee maker, plumbed in ice maker within the fridge freezer.
The games room is huge, everything provided including the cue chalk!
The pool is a lovely size and regularly maintained with 2 loungers set out and 2 extras if wanted. There are 2 bbqs there but both are chained up.
It is about half an hour from Disney and a bit longer for Universal. We hired a car so this wasn’t an issue.
The Championsgate community had everything local that you could possibly need, it is well maintained and a lovely atmosphere. It is a gated community and you have to pass security to get back to your villa which made it feel safe.
The air conditioning is fantastic. In fact we had to turn the temperature up as it was freezing.
We did contact Andy once during our stay with a query and he responded promptly.
I would highly recommend the villa in which we stayed and also the company. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We stayed here for a cheer competition in Orlando. The location is perfect! Close to where we needed to be but far enough from the chaos of Orlando traffic!
The home is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice! There was so much for the kids to do. The home was Percy for our large group. Everyone had their own space and it never felt like you were cramped and on top of each other. The decor is beautiful and the home is spotless!
Can’t wait to book again for next year!

We really enjoyed our stay last weekend. We had everything we needed and honestly the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the theater room and we really loved the location. There was a lot around we could go to eat between traveling to Disney and Universal.

This home was beautiful. We have children and it was perfect for them. They really enjoyed the game room and pool. 10/10 recommend.

Executive Villas Florida is a top tier choice, my family and I felt happy, comfortable and safe on our trip. The home we stayed in was clean, cozy and in an amazing location with close proximity to everything you will need. Everything was exactly as pictured, the property provided the best touches to suite any family! And most importantly after a long trip you want your arrival to be seamless and hassle free, and Executive Villas provided just that!

We absolutely loved the house and host! House is exactly as pictured and detailed. The kids had a ball and all the adults loved every bit of relaxing we did here between the parks. Disney and universal feel so close with the short drives and Clearwater only a hour and a half away this can't wait to visit this property again! They were amazing.

What a beautiful home! It was very comfortable with more than enough space for our family of 6. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. It also had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We really enjoyed our time here!

Great location & beautiful home! Parking is the only minus, for a large party traveling separately. There is not enough overflow parking within the community leading to possibly being towed. Other than that, everything was great!

Our Experience was great everything was exactly as described. Host communication was great and house was very clean and a lot of excess to food and stores. Check in was easy.

Tivemos uma experiência fantástica! O espaço é exatamente como nas fotos, muito limpo e organizado. Dava para sentir o cuidado nos detalhes, desde a roupa de cama até os utensílios da cozinha. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi ágil e clara desde o início. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo o que precisávamos.
A casa é muito aconchegante. O Andy foi extremamente gentil e nos deixou muito à vontade. Recomendo muito e com certeza voltarei mais vezes.
