Overall the lounge is good, and a refreshing change to the last one. Quite busy/popular, but not overwhelmed. Food selection is good, and quality decent. Tried a loval beer they had on draft. Only complaint is the massive line to get in. But don't be fooled - you line up in the slow line but it turns out this is for the Aspire lounge which shares an entrance. This is confusing and BA customers wait needlessly while a crowd of randoms talk to the Apire/Priority pass receptionists for ever (these are not seasoned travellers and they're sooooo slow. So skip the confusing line, walk past them and you'll find the actual reception hidden around the corner.

Great food and brownie

Great lounge, amazing view over the airport. Food was warm and good. Nice staff. Sadly no toilet inside. In general I would recommend it.

Limited size but staff professional and friendly. Food choices replenished when necessary definitely worth visiting away from hustle and bustle

Belfast city is my favourite Aspire lounge in the UK. Comfort and cleanliness are bang on for the business traveller and the best breakfast.

Very poor menu , burgers and pizza it’s like a fast food company . Dry chicken burger in a dry bun for £60 !!!!!
The buffet section was empty for most of the time we were there .
Sample menu is nothing like what was available on the day.
Waste of money

If you have been to the Aspire Lounge at John Lennon Airport prior to September 2025 you will find this a very good upgrade on its previous version. Situated at the top of the escalator after duty free this is far bigger and a much more relaxed experience than the old version. Great choice of food and the staff were warm, friendly and super helpful. A very pleasant experience and great start to our holiday. Thankyou.

Aspire Lounge Zürich Flughafen,absolute Katastrophe. Kleiderordnung gleich Null, Männer in kurzen Hosen, löchrigen T-Shirts. Leute die Lautstark mit Lautsprecher telefonieren. Essen mittelmässig. Absolut abzuraten. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier absolut falsch.

Cooked breakfast was not very hot otherwise very good
