I had a very disappointing experience at this airline lounge. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the reception took a lot of time to scan my boarding pass, seemed indifferent and unhelpful, almost as if guests were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. The lounge itself was overcrowded, making it difficult to find a seat, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic rather than relaxing.

The food selection was extremely limited and poorly maintained—items were either empty or looked like they had been sitting out for far too long. Cleanliness was also an issue, with tables left uncleared and trash piling up in several areas.
All toilet were broken literally unsafe to use.

For a space that is supposed to offer comfort and a premium experience, this lounge fell far below expectations. Definitely not worth the access fee or loyalty status. I would not recommend it and will avoid it in the future.

Where do I begin. First time buying a lounge pass. Not cheap but on the website it showed one could see the planes take off and land. One of our party loves planes so this was a no brainer for him. Well, it turns out that they're renovating and we were shoved into a room downstairs with no natural light. I'm sorry but this is not what was sold. Felt cheated. Don't go anywhere near Aspire Lounge in Melbourne or anywhere for that matter unless you know for sure that they will deliver what they say they will. Oh and forget about charging anything. In the quiet area there was two power points maybe - and with another couple sitting there we couldn't really charge up. Better charging facilities in the general airport area! And finally, when you choose the Aspire Lounge guest wifi, it sends you an email asking you to verify that it's you before letting you on. But you can't get to the email until you're on... To think that we watched so many Youtube videos to make the "right" choice only to be let down by the temporary facility and poor amenities. The only bonus? Olga the receptionist was great. Friendly and helpful. But the rest of the experience. Felt like a complete rip off. Forget about seeing me or any of my friends at an Aspire Lounge again.

Even for Swissport - Apsire lounges this is poor and it’s not a high standard. This lounge is dirty with disinterested staff poor food selection and stinks of cigarette smoke - its own little time warp to the 1970s - why not treat yourself and avoid this dump

Clean and comfortable pre flight space

I had a very disappointing experience at the Aspire Executive Lounge at Marrakesh Airport. The staff were extremely unprofessional and inattentive throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, I was completely ignored—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing.

What made it worse was the clear lack of basic customer service. Several staff members were visibly occupied with their phones and sleeping instead of attending to guests. When I tried to get assistance, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior, which made me feel unwelcome and frustrated.

A lounge is supposed to offer comfort and a premium experience, but this was the exact opposite. Poor service, lack of professionalism, and a disregard for guests made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this lounge based on how I was treated.

Lovely to sit back and chill before you bored the plane.staff are still amazing, food Lovely.its a good way to start your holiday

The check in process was very slow, and unorganized. It would be handy if the staff spoke a little English.

I use Amex Platinum, was excited to try this lounge for the first time. I asked the waiter for 'anything vegan I,m not fussy'. First I was told the menus are clearly labeled. They are not. Nothing in terms of allergens is noted which is dangerous. Then I was told they have NOTHING Vegan to offer me for food except the chicken 'without the chicken'. This is absurd and unacceptable. Shame on whoever made this menu. Meat is the leading cause of environmental destruction and the leading cause of needless suffering in animals. Get your act together and offer some cruelty free options!

Very good and hospitalite are very good too

I was on a morning flight and the choice was limited cooked breakfast or cereal. They used to be fruit, a variation of pastries and a continental style breakfast. I have always used the lounges but for the money I paid in the future unless there's a deal I won't be booking again.

In Casablanca bad service from reception (they are lying or at least give different information). Plate not dried well (still with water on it) and toilet and Aspire in T2 under construction without clear signaling. Snacks an drink options are limited.
I wouldn't recommend the Aspire lounge in Casablanca.

I asked if they had any vegan options and all food was checked. Unfortunately not much available instantly but Lewis the supervisor said he could get me some chips, he also gave me burgers and vegan friendly bun. Was very happy with the service. In the lovely new lounge.

I've atmosphere but not a lot of beverage and food options.

The only thing not good is the location of bathrooms out of the Lounge
