Had quote I booked but cancelled said…

Had quote I booked but cancelled said no car available when I try book again same way price went up by £28 and now there is a car available asking for payment maybe car come available but not same quote to sign up

At the time of your booking, our website was undergoing maintenance, which unfortunately caused a pricing issue and meant we were unable to honour the original quote. The issue was identified quickly and has since been fully resolved.

For over 10 years, we have built our reputation on reliability, excellent customer service and transparency, earning nearly a thousand genuine five-star reviews across Google, Trustpilot, Facebook and other review platforms.

Trustworthy Service

Great service required a quote to and from Airport replied very quickly I received all confirmation details and receipt for booking
I will be booking with Excelsior Cars for all my future Travel arrangements
Special mention for Kamran who picked us up from Airport communication was excellent no waiting around meet and greet in the car home lovely job,Top man Kamran.

Airport drop off and pick up March 2025

Great experience again with this company for airport drop off and pick ups.
Both drivers good at communicating updates, plans and keeping in touch.
Very reliable with timings.
Prices good too!

Excellent service from the North Cotswold to Birmingham Airport

It is not easy to find a taxi service from the North Cotswolds to Birmingham Airport. I found this company online though. Communication with the office and booking was easy and efficient.
The drivers each way turned up on time , were friendly and there was no problem when our return flight to Birmingham was an hour and a half late.
I would recommend.

Brilliant service again!…

Second time using Excelsior Cars and will always use them for airport runs. Great communication and service, arrived on time, clean car and friendly chat. Would highly recommend!

Excelsior Taxi excellent service

Have used this company for years. Always on time. Great team of drivers. Communication excellent. Even when we’ve been delayed on a flight they accommodate us. Excellent company

Excelsior cars were 5 star

Excelsior cars were extremely professional from start to finish. A clear and competitive quote, easy booking, clean car with perfect interior for a long airport run. Our driver, Kam, arrived on time and it was a really smooth ride. Kam was a great driver and very friendly. We chatted the entire way and the journey flew by. Would thoroughly recommend.

Outstanding service from start to…

Outstanding service from start to finish.
Fast and efficient communication.
Simple booking form. Quote back extremely quickly.
Driver arrived early. They were polite, courteous and more than helpful.
Clear instructions given for return journey after flight home.
Txt received to advise waiting and give collection instructions.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.
Already recommended to family and friends.

Top Notch service again.

Once again a top notch service from Excelsior Cars. Cannot fault this company. Vehicles are clean, drivers are very smart, helpful and well mannered.
We had Abid (the owner ) driving us this time. We were absolutely amazed to learn of his grandfather who fought in the war for us,who is still alive and living in the UK and will be going to the Cenataph this year as he has done for many years. There was some absolutely fabulous history that Abid shared with us and we were mesmerised by the stories of his beloved grandfather.
Thank you Abid for all the info and pictures you sent us, your Grandfather was a true hero. We shall never forget.

Excellent service

Excellent service, good price and would definitely recommend. Easy to use website. I added my details set up the account received quote and paid online. Received email of confirmation, then text after confirming pick up details great service will defo use again.

Exceptional Service

We were let down a few days before by a taxi company we’d previously used so had to rush last minute to find an alternative.

Excelsior Cars were exceptional from start to finish. The website, quote and booking system were easy to use. The communions on email were prompt and helpful. The price was great and the service exceptional. They were on time (3am) to take us to the airport and the meet & greet service on our return was really useful. We were slightly delayed coming back and had a hold up at the airport but they communicated with us and kept us updated.

We will 10000% be using excelsior moving forward for all holidays. Considering the price of airport parking, it’s a no brainer to use a well organised, friendly and exceptional service.

Would highly recommend!
