Marble Cars Anmeldelser

Great driver lovely car. Fabulous service

Absolutely fantastic service. I admit that since the first car from the airport was a “free” bonus through booking.com, I was wondering if it would be as seamless as just landing and finding an Uber, but I can safely say the entire experience was flawless. They sent me a WhatsApp message days before I arrived to establish communication, and then once our flight landed I messaged that thread and they promptly replied with my drivers name and since our flight landed an hour early and we had no checked baggage, they said he was just parking, and sure enough he found us within a few minutes and led us to the car, and gave us a beautiful safe drive into central London.

When dropping us off, he said if we needed a return car to the airport at the end of the trip to message that same thread, and so I did and they told me the rate which was just below the Uber Comfort price, so I booked it. Our return driver was right on time, and an equally fantastic and safe driver. I am so impressed with Marble Cars, and will be using them for every visit to London from now on! Thank you.

Fantastic service everytime !! Been using them since 2018 and I have never once had a reason to complain or stop using them!! Good cars and lovely drivers

Efficient, communicative and most importantly consistent results. I’ve used their service a few times for airport travel and they’re more than helpful each time.

Excellent service. Professional and punctual. I will definitely use them again when I return.

All good, nice driver and car, helpful and quick, slightly early.

I booked this service for a pick up at Heathrow T5, arrived before 5 am,on December 27th, was at the arrival hall before 6 am, where the driver was supposed to be waiting for me and my wife , who was on a wheelchair. Despite communicating to their official Whats app team member at every step ie passport control, baggage claim etc the designated driver came over 40 minutes LATE. What is worse is that company denies of any wrongdoing, suggesting that for them customer care means little and are unreliable to say the least. I wonder how they manufacture their google ratings as all the reviews are pathetic. Their license needs to be revoked!!

Wonderful service provided by the marble team. As expected I’m a repeat customer. Mr Raj was specific with my preferences. I was well informed throughout the process

Brilliant experience on my London City Airport pickup into the City during the Christmas Holidays.. On time. Helpful, friendly and competent driver. Comfortable car. Excellent experience. Booked for the return!

Excellent service.

Really great service and drivers. Safe and swift.

It was a pleasure using Marble Cars. They were always in contact, even before I landed. Then I texted when I was through customs and the driver was exactly where they said he would be. He took my bags and we walked to the car. I would definitely use them again.

I have used Marble Cars many times, they are always on time and always helpful. Great communication from them at all times

THX!
