Cost effective solution for an MVP
We are a StarUp working on an MVP development and we do have a very limited budged. We had to find a cost-effective solution, but with a very experienced freelancer. Evotym's team suggested we look at experts outside of EU and we found a full-stack developer with +7 years of experience within our budget.
The communication flow and its English are also perfect. I am very happy with the cooperation and the speed of the person provided

Evotym saves time on hiring
Evotym in our recent hiring process for a project based work. In just 2 weeks, they helped us hire 2 developers and a designer (frontend, backend, and UX). The whole process was clear and easy, making it smooth for us.
In the beginning, we talked about our needs and looked at the profiles of potential candidates. We quickly approved one candidate after the first meeting in just 5 days.
For the other two positions, we initially chose different people, but Anastasia quickly gave us good alternative candidates, so we made decisions without delays.
Overall, we're happy with the results, and the time we have saved on the hiring.

We are working with Evotym to develop spin-off projects with just a few developers for a 6th-month contract. The selection and matching process was very easy, the people we have chosen for the project had vast experience managing similar initiatives themselves, so there is no need for our constant monitoring. The project is going according to the plan and we are very happy with the cooperation. Will definitely continue doing it in the future.

Easy and effective experience…
I had an easy and effective experience hiring a PHP developer through Evotym. In 4 days, they presented us with skilled candidates, and we found a good fit for our project. The whole process was smooth and very cost efficient.
Will work with them again when we will device to scale the team.
