My first touch with Evotym occurred when I was looking for a new position myself, and found my current role as CMO with their assistance.

The process was smooth, about 6 weeks from first contact to offer, which is lightning-fast for a C-level search. Communication is smooth, intros and next steps happen quickly, and I have no need to chase anyone for the updates.

What I value most is that they don't waste my time with irrelevant candidates just to populate the pipeline and create fake visibility of progress. They take the time to understand our actual needs, and such an approach turns out to be beneficial for both of us. I find it rare, and that's why we keep getting back to them with the new openings.
