Another example of the top class service from Evolution. 1. Top Prices, 2. 'Instant' Delivery. My Phantom 2 had packed up and I needed a replacement in 2 days. Arrived the morning of the match. Set up and ready to go!!! Awesome as always

Great customer service
To begin with, their pricing was very competitive, and the ordering process was straightforward, with next-day delivery included. But what really proved their quality was how they handled an issue: the wrong trolley was sent initially, but as soon as the return was confirmed, the correct replacement was shipped immediately. They even upgraded the delivery to a Saturday slot, so I still received it the next day ready to play on Monday.
So far, Evolution Golf has been a 10/10 experience for me — highly recommended.

I initially had placed a 1 star review, this has now been updated to 5 Stars
I initially had placed a 1 star review, but due to a methodical and common sense approach by one of their staff who has been most helpful in resolving my complaint. I have to update my review to 5 stars.

These guys are great.
These guys are great. The discount after joining their club took 15% off the price of an electric trolley and I got a free gift. Unbeatable value. Also had a first class service and excellent communication. Recommended to my friends and will use again.

After service went from terrible to excellent
Ordered over £2300 of equipment from this place. My *free.gift* of a umbrella holder for my £1000 trolley never arrived. Contacted them on numerous occasions and *it's just arrived, it was *out of stock* we're posting it today etc etc etc. Still waiting on it months later. Will never shop here again all because of a £30 umbrella holder.
Got contacted direct by Jack at Evolution who went above and beyond to resolve issue. The missing item has been posted today and are being delivered tomorrow by DPD and have proof of delivery. Along with this Jack included a great gesture of TP5 balls. Customer service has went from 1 star to 5 stars within 24 hrs. If anyone has any issues with evolution golf I suggest you contact them and ask to speak to Jack Williams direct who will resolve ASAP.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. It’s unacceptable that your free gift — especially one that was promised — hasn’t arrived after multiple follow-ups. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise.
This should have been resolved quickly and clearly, and we’ll be reviewing how this was handled internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again. While the value of the item may be small, your trust is not — and we regret losing it.
Please reach out to us directly at online@evolutiongolf.co.uk or a member of the team will contact you directly. We want to make this right and ensure you’re properly looked after, even now.
