Thank you for your review. I’m really sorry to hear that part of your delivery was missing and that you didn’t receive a response to your initial emails — that’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
I’ve checked with the team and can confirm that one of my colleagues has now reached out to you directly to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and the chance to put things right.

The perfect sales experience!
My initial call was just a general sales enquiry, by the end of it I had ordered a new Motocaddy trolly, dry bag and accessories. This all came down to a switched on team member called Jack. His product knowledge, professionalism and can do approach was first class. Based on their competitive pricing, customer service and fulfilment standards I will definitely be checking them out in the future.
Well done Jack.👍

I purchased the 2025 M7 GPS Remote Trolley and it was delivered the very next day. Excellent service, communication, and they even made sure I was provided the maximum discount, too. Great personal service
Great personal service. Jack sourced a fairway wood specific to my needs at a good price and when it came to upgrading to my Motocaddy M5 GPS DHC electric trolley they were fantastic. Couldn’t see myself going anywhere else for golfing gear. Evolution will match a competitors price and I still get terrific service.
