DON’T USE EVOLOGY CARPARKS!!
Took me ten mins to download app and pay at Poole Quay carpark in Dorset. Assumed parking time started from the moment I paid, not knowing it started from the second I entered (by hidden camera). Got back to my car in time but received £60 fine in the post. Appealed explaining the app took so long to download. Received standard reply saying I didn’t pay for the time I stayed and my appeal was rejected. TERRIBLE COMPANY. AVOID!!!!!!!

Awful customer service, no contact to be able to get hold of them. Been trying to change the registration of the vehicle we need to take tonight for parking for co op live. And THEY DON’t let you!!!! It breaches their terms and conditions even though there is NO way of being able to do it. We have contacted them through the contact form and through WhatsApp with no response from them. Will never use them again. Disgraceful

It’s a borderline scam: the app appears deliberately designed to enable the company to issue parking fines.

It neither recognises my parking location nor allows me to pay. The ‘helpline’ provides no help; it has an automated message that directs you to the website, and there are no alternative payment options.

I recommend avoiding parking anywhere that uses this parking app.

Nightmare of an app to use. Doesn't recognise where you are unless you are actually in the car park. So if you are running late and want to add to parking you can't unless you are actually in the car park!! Other parking apps are really simple and allow you to add to parking as your day goes on. No stress. This was really stressful. No idea why Llandudno are using this firm???

I spent at least 10 minutes trying to register on the app in hereford, it just wouldn’t register properly so I paid a card at the machine, I was quite horrified at the cost of the parking.
But it is a local car park I have used in the past a lot so I tried to download the app when I got home. I’ve noticed that I have to save my credit card. It doesn’t look safe so there is a warning saying that it isn’t a HTTPS secure website so I’m not gonna put my my credit card in to this system.
I don’t know what they’ve done to this car park. It used to be cheaper and they used to just use this standard RingGo or just park app but this is just awful and too expensive. I don’t think I’ll use that hereford car park in the future and unless I really have to, I’ve abandoned the app now.

Parked at location 88785, Morrisons car park Silvertown Way, London E16 1ED, UK. When Entered the car park the sign advised it is possible to pay before exiting the car park at the end of your stay. However when I wanted to pay before leaving the car park which was after 2 days it wouldn't allow me to pay for the stay only allowed to pay in advance date and machine didn't accept cards either. On the app it's the same thing only allowing to pay in advance and not for the back dated duration. Customer service non existent, cannot speak with a real person. At the end morrisons staff registered my car as a visitor but not sure if it will cover me so expecting a fine at this point. I would avoid this car park as it's only trying to scam people with non exisitng customer service, not accepting card and not able to pay properly

Simple to use and I like they have the option to pay for parking using the app without the need of signing up. Easy to contact if having any issues.

Useless app, probably on purpose to try and issue a fine. Should be investigated as a rogue trading company.

Very poor was at the Bolton game today told me to download app the app was very poor type in location number nothing happened think Bolton wonderers need to change company who manage the car park

Absolute farce of a company. Pay your money to park and then attempt to change registration number of vehicle? Contact is through Whats App - no response despite numerous tries and Web Contact Form - no response. They don't even guarantee a space, if full find somewhere else it says! If the car park is run by them get a taxi or catch a bus/train.

So i forgot to 'pay on exit' for parking at Ipswich Hospital. I tried to pay on the app instead. Unfortunately it charged me for 4 hours from the time I paid, not from when I parked.

I messaged the company to show that I'd paid and to ask if they would tie up my parking and with payment. They said they couldn't do this, but as a goodwill gesture they would ensure i wasn't fined, and I'm so grateful.

I had an issue with using the wrong registration when parking at hospital to visit mum im intensive care. After a few emails Lucy was able to confirm that I would not be unfairly penalised. This help was very much appreciated during this most stressful of times. Thanks again.

Jeder Versuch einen Parkplatz zu reservieren funktioniert nicht! Entweder die eingegebene Parkzonennummer wird nicht erkannt oder aber ein ganz anderer Ort wird angegeben. Dann die Parkdauer, wird nicht anerkannt um zu sehen wieviel es kostet.
Da dies alles nicht funktioniert sehe ich bisher von Parken auf Parkplätzen mit dieser Bezahlmethode ab.

An easy to use app, and receipt function

My issue was resolved quickly once I got through to Customer service. The online form initially received no response, but the email was responded to within minutes. I got the email address through WhatsApp

Unable to speak to a human. Automated WhatsApp service no help. No option to pay without downloading their app.

It looks like this is purely designed to catch innocent motorists off guard.
Please becareful,otherwise you will end up with a dodgy PCN.
Modern day Scam.

The app doesn’t trigger the password mechanism on iPhone, or the card payment in apple wallet. I know these are built into Safari and the app doesn’t use Safari, but I use the app infrequently and therefore don’t know what password I have set. There must be some way of associating the app with a website to invoke the Safari mechanisms. It seems like the developers have incorporated every single obstacle they could dream up to make our lives harder, while we are standing in the rain so we can see the location sign, (and of course the app doesn’t offer to use current location!). This app needs to be brought up to date.

Terrible app
Tried to download the app but wouldn’t download till late on in the evening. Then asked to log in to add card details and said invalid login. Have tried customer service and no reply, nearly a week now. When sending a WhatsApp message you don’t get a copy of the message you send so beware.
Tried forgot password, didn’t even receive email to sort this. TERRIBLE APP and will cause unnecessary stress for alot of people who will receive fines.
